So my fiance order uber eats on sunday oct 6 at 1 am after a korn concert Great time yall ruin the rest of the night seriously ALL of this food not 1 SAUCE in sight ni napkins terrible service y aparte they give me the last of bottoms curly fries of the bag only 2 little curly fries and the rest are hardened half way curls like they be sitting on the food warmer since the beginning of whos evers shift. I’m not even drunk enough to eat this hasta se me quito la peda. I had to look for left over taco bell sauce and ketchup ♀️ ♀️ ♀️WE should have ordered somewhere else if I knew this is how yall treat ur customers.

The food was delicious and the employees were nice but the person who took my card broke it when they put it in the card reader. I wouldn’t have cared honestly if the guy would’ve told me that he broke my card. The fact that he handed me my card on the side that wasn’t broken hoping I wouldn’t find out was disappointing.

Hair on food.(Edit: issue was resolved by ceci, i believe thats her name, very polite, respectful, and understanding, don’t know if shes management but very satified with the problem solving she provided) This is about an order i placed on friday march 21, 2025, at around 10:45 PM, i got to the window, said hi, took my food, got home and starting eating. As i was very much enjoying my food i found a hair on my loaded tiny tacos (yes giving the order as well) so just imagine that, i was surprised and disgusted to see that, on there. Who ever is in charge of that particular store/location please make sure the employees are using hats or something that protectsand prevents this kind of problem. This is food we’re talking about 🙁
