This morning I drove up and ordered tacos, an iced coffee, and egg rolls. Normally the guy taking the order is cool, but today he wasnt. He rudely asked me to back up and wait till the food was done to drive back up. I never object to this little process that yall have, I understand we all gotta meet our numbers. Anyway, I was signaled to pull forward and I received my food and drove off. On the way to work, I reached in for a taco and felt that it wasn’t hot, matter of fact it was cold. It seemed as if they were kinda heated up, but not enough. Meat was still cold. All the tacos were like that. Egg rolls were good though. But come on now, all four tacos were cold and stale. That’s unacceptable. Today was my last time ever going to this location. I don’t want a refund or anything of the sort. I just hope management is able to see this and identify the problem. I understand we have our off days as employees, but customers or anyone else at that should never have to deal with whatever burden we carry amongst ourselves. Thank you.
First of all learn guest service and how to.be professional, couldn’t even understand half the stuff she said and she’s screaming her name couldn’t even understand what it was.

To top it off she hung up on me. I need a call back from the actual owner. She’s claiming to be the owner & manager of the store but she’s not. She’s the reason you are losing business.
Not acceptable at all.
Reason for the low review would be that the large ice coffee I was given was not filled all the way up. And they forgot my curly fries, other than that it’s pretty standard jack in the box.
