To go back home doesn’t take me no more than 10 minutes. When we got home to start eating the food, everything was cold. Our burgers and fries. Ive gone to Tams in HP and by the time we get home to eat the food everything is still hot and it usually take me way more than 10 minutes to get home. So I know that when they gave me the food it was already cold. Never going back to this jack in the box. Ill rather drive farther to tams and get my food hot.
They gave me the food within minutes so that means they just have the burgers ready getting cold. Ive gone to other jack in the boxes and I do wait a bit but I get hot food. Would rather wait and get hot food then get it right away and get it cold. It seem to quickly but I didn’t think to much into it. Then when notice my food cold. Thats when I realized why they gave me tge food so quickly. It took them 5 minutes to give me the food. This is the 1st time this happens to me in any fastfood place. That I get my food cold when its supposed to be hot.

Food is pretty good just as the same as every other Jack in the box around what stood out for me about this location apart from the rest is the customer Service I always receive from an certain employee by the name of Melanie! Most of the times I’ve come here it has been extremely busy, you can see a lot of the employees are doing their best under stress but this girl always has a smile and keeps it on throughout it all always very pleasant. We have like 3 other locations in this area but it’s customer service like her’s that always makes me choose this location amongst the rest it’s these lil acts of kindness that really can pick up ones day, thank you !

(Mon 10/27/25) The staff on the evening side have this “no-care” attitude by distributing incomplete orders, failure to adhere to the food safety guidelines, and a truly rude demeanor. I returned to the drive through only to see the cashier cover her mouth because her and her crew were obviously making remarks after messing up the first time.
I’ve worked in fast food and the fact that I see personal mobile devices being used and left on the food counter is unsettling. This followed by those same hands bagging our food with/without gloves is truly disgusting.

The girl at the drive through sucks she literally only through one hot sauce in my bag. When I asked for extra hot sauce as it is Jack in the box is mid only here because it’s by my house. They have one job and can’t fulfill it smh. So sad. Can’t wait until robots take over easy jobs

there is always a problem with orders, the other day I ordered a southwest salad, I was in a rush so i didn’t check and there was not chicken, no dressing and no tortilla chips they only give me a little bit of salad and that was it.

Ordered delivery to avoid the long line at the drive through. They forget the one new item which was the chili crisp curly fries and just put regular curly fries. They didn’t give me a fork for the new wing item and no napkins. Not to mention all 8 sauce I added on the side are missing… do better
