My husband and I ate here for our 10th wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the experience. Several of the staff told us happy anniversary, they put rose petals on our table and even gave us a complimentary dessert trio. It was all very sweet. We really enjoyed the Gruyère popovers and the jalapeño corn. Plus, our steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The food was piping hot when it was delivered to our table, which unfortunately I can’t say for a lot of restaurants. Great service. Yummy food.

Carve is a beautiful restaurant, and I had heard so many great things about it. My son and my husband both had wonderful experiences here in the past, so I was really excited to finally try it. I made a reservation for Thanksgiving, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the expectations.
I ordered the Thanksgiving turkey special. The turkey itself had good flavor maybe just a little drybut our server kindly brought extra gravy when I asked, and that did help. The mashed potatoes were delicious. However, the green beans had sliced almonds that tasted rancid, which made that side unpleasant.
The meal also came with a salad option (walnuts and apples), and I found it disappointing. It lacked dressing, had too many walnuts, and barely any apple. It just wasn’t enjoyable; I probably should have chosen the soup instead.
We also ordered the artichoke dip, which I personally didn’t like at all—I’ve had much better elsewhere. My daughter ordered the prosciutto and fig pizza and didn’t enjoy it either. On the positive side, my husband’s prime rib was very good.
Overall, the Thanksgiving dinner felt underwhelming, especially considering how many people around us were leaving most of their turkey plates unfinished as well. The stuffing wasn’t good, though the turkey itself was fine.
The restaurant is undeniably pretty and has a great atmosphere, and I do want to highlight that our server (in the bar area) was incredibly attentive and kind. The service was excellent.
However, based on the food we had last night, I’m not sure if I would return.

the happy hour here is amazing! Absolutely loved the salmon cakes, my boyfriend loved his steak but the table favorite was definitely the pot pie. Lexie, our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and so so kind. We can’t wait to come back again!

Really great experience! The food was so delicious!!!! I was bummed my family was out of town while I had to work the holidays at the hospital. This meal definitely made up for it! My server was Lexie and she was the fantastic!!! I am going to bring my husband here when he gets back in town so we can try the steaks!!! The drinks here was so tasty and STRONG!!!! Highly recommend

WOW!!! I will never again say, ‘Austin is weird…’ This restaurant belongs on Lifestyle’s of the Rich and Famous (I’m aging myself but hold on…). The food was Michelin 5 level. And the service was amazing and precise. They definitely CARVE’d a place in my heart (see what I did there? Huh? I’m hip!). My compliments to the Chef!!

What an exceptional night we had celebrating our anniversary. The atmosphere is just quiet enough to sit across your loved one but not so quiet that you feel uncomfortable. We loved it here so did my husband. The lighting was very romantic. Everything from the kitchen to the seating seems open and clean. The staff was great as soon as we walked in and our reservation was found to the time we were finished with dessert. We had ribs which had a great smokey flavor. I honestly thing the potatoes are where it’s at. I have never had such creamy and buttery flavorful potatoes. We also had the salmon which per my husband’s words was the best he ever had. We want to take our family here the next celebration we have.

I enjoy my supper at Carve. Waiter was friendly and I ordered based on his recommendation. Good collection of appetizers. Main course was full of favor and presentation was good too. Main dinning room and bar were very busy and can be noisy at time. If you want to have quiet conversation, ask for a table at the patio.

Above my expectations. This is a casual restaurant in an elegant steakhouse setting as You’d find in high-end downtown restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their steak meats. Realistically, it was much better than most Specialty steakhouses in town. They were also perfectly prepared and I really like the idea of serving steaks in cast-iron which kept the steak warm and in my daughter‘s case Who doesn’t like pink in her meat, she was able to slice and use the cast-iron to get it to temperature she liked. Overall, Service was good and friendly. We will definitely visit again and recommend this restaurant.

First, I’m going to tell you my 22oz rib eye was the best steak I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly at medium. The finger potatoes, macaroni, spinach artichoke dip were delicious as well!!!! My husband had chicken and waffles, he said they were good. Our server was wonderful too!
