Everytime i order here my order is incorrect never fails..i ordered several items one was a jr jjumbo jack with cheese no onions they literally gave me a piece of meat and buns i went back so they can give me the correct order and they put onions… get it together already.

Food burnt wrong order no customer service at all. They just remodeled this jack in the box. So I thought maybe everything would be up to par but avoid this location at all cost, not enough staff on hand order took about 10 to 15 mins to make they got it wrong. The music in the lobby is very loud. Just be aware when choosing this jack in the box

Went through drive thru and received an incomplete order. To top it off food want not even room temperature. Chicken sandwiches were cold and not fresh, large onions rings missing and 3 egg rolls no sweet and sour!!! Service was rushed not even attentive at all!! Simply rushed and poor quality!! Why upgrade the store but not the quality of the good or service??!!

The hours say they open the dining room at 6am-8pm as the photo shows. But in actuality the dining room doesn’t open until 8am and closes at 7pm. Then why do they have those posted? I’m here at 7:06am on 12/1/23 and the dining room is NOT OPEN! And I have come just past 7pm a few times and they were closed!
