I’m a late night delivery Driver this is the second night in a row I come to this location and I’m not sure if they are under staffed or the workers are just taking their sweet time but the Wai time is ridiculously long for a fast food establishment. This is a major inconvenience for us delivery Driver as it impacts how many deliveries we can complete threw out the night and how much $ we make.

The jumbo Jack I ordered was excellent however the pumpkin spice churros were all dried up in the middle couldn’t even bite into it plus was super saturated in grease I had to trash it! There’s something always wrong with their churros every time I order them. I guess they’ll never get it right.

This location has horrible customer service. My past 3 orders have been wrong. Two of them were for delivery and I had to drive to the location to pick up my missing items. How do you miss four out of six burgers in someone’s order? Once there, there were only 3 employees working the entire store. Other customers in there were complaining about missing items also and wait times exceeding 20 minutes. The lady in front of me waited over 15min for 2 strawberry shakes. From now on I will be driving to a further location that has been great in service to avoid the horrible location.

Best breakfast deal around, $7 for the “Breakfast Platter”. Eggs, 3 pieces bacon or sausage or both, hash brown and three french toast sticks or 6 mini pancakes. Awesome when you can’t sit down, because you gotta be going somewhere.

Around 3 pm Feb 3 I was attended by one employee [at cashier ] that he alone cannot focus on the order, so much so that is worrying for his safety and any one else. Review your video to see his movements face in the direction of noises and whatever else he was “interested” in.

Always come here because the other jacks near me are just a no . Went today to this location around 9 am I wanna say and Sad to say I probably won’t be coming here ever again too .. everything was good but recently, the last 3 times I’ve gone have been bad . The person who attends drive thru always has a bad attitude no matter how nice you are to her she just looks like she don’t wanna be there . I’ve had food items missing and every time I ask for a coffee they ask me “how many cremes and sugars “ but don’t know why they ask if they never give me the amount I ask for .. it’s like they just throw in what ever their hands can get.
