It smells like nasty grease in here. Does not smell clean at all. I ate here on two occasions. The first time the food was so oily it was like eating a cotton ball soaked in grease. The 2nd occasion I felt sick and had the runs! I don’t think they clean this place too often. Be aware!

It’s honestly frustrating I place an online order only to be told they’re not receiving online orders and now I have to fill out Jack’s utterly despicable refund request form. Yo y’all do that on purpose, you make it so convoluted and tedious having to fetch the info for ya cause they apparently can’t make an in app refund request possible so that way you DON’T have to fetch the info for them. I also used a T-Mobile coupon that I hope they refund to me as I would like to actually use my coupon.

Went for tacos and they told me they had been out of lettuce all day. Tacos sucked without the lettuce. It’s not hard to come up with lettuce, Very poor initiative and problem solving for their product. Even then they offered no alternative, discount or mitigation.

They gave us no napkins and no straw. The spite had ZERO syrup and therefore zero flavor. I called to let them know and the person who answered the phone literally just didn’t say anything back when I told them. Seems like they’re lacking leadership and sharp or ambitious associates bc the whole vibe of the associates was kinda just like “meh”

Walked in, and there was no one in there. It’s kind of slow, but my burger and fries were hot. I gave a 4 star ice machine empty, but the lady at the counter got some for me. Nice lady with a good attitude and a big smile. Soon, people showed up, and the drive thru got some cars. Place could have used little cleaning, but overall, I was happy with the service and good food. 5 stars for good work to the ones that still show up. But lost a star do to ice.

Food was hot but if you need to use the bathroom you have to have an employee walk you to the door with a key and unlock it for you like you’re in kindergarten. I understand the need to control the bathroom because of homeless populations abusing it but to walk you over to let you in, then carry the bathroom key back to the food area and not even change your gloves or wash your hands? Not santitary or customer oriented. Awkward.

Breakfast burrito meal. It wasn’t as big as other stores but it was tasty. My husband got the grilled cheese burger munchie meal. It was good also. Of course my daughter loves the tacos.

The service is bad ppl and they don’t care for customers at all . The managers need to be fired. They need double check their orders and believe the customer before their workers .I placed a 60.00 dollar order for my family. My meal is missing and no dipping sauce or ketchup or sauce for the 20 tacos I ordered . Very disappointed need to hear back from the district manager or someone higher than Ana that was rude .
