I ordered the chicken strips and they were so overcooked that the meat was completely dry and inedible. I just wasted $10 on nothing that was edible. The fries were cold. The drink was completely watered down tasted like they hadn’t changed the CO2 canister because it wasn’t good. I got totally ripped off. The employees were joking around inside and clearly not paying attention to how long they were cooking my food because it was disgusting.

Overall: First time trying the ($5 big deal meal) which feels really resonable. Coming to the croissant, I felt it’s really smaller than the regular one, so were the fires and the drink.

Do not go to this location. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible employees. This experience makes me not want to go to ANY jack in the box locations ever again.
The other day my son and I went to this location and ordered a few things. First, we waited at the window til their timer went past where it should for each customer, so they asked me to pull around out front. I did, and we sat there for 7m before they brought out our food. And there was an item missing. So I had to go inside. As soon as we went inside all the staff saw me and went and hid by the drive thru window where I couldn’t see them. I waited another 8m before the manager came up to me, rolled her eyes, and said “ugh I know you’re waiting for a burger” and I said “I am waiting, but not for a burger” she checked my receipt and was like “oh that wrap is sitting right here” and grabbed it off of the warming belt. She put it in the bag and immediately turned around to ignore me more. So we left, started eating our food and it was DISGUSTING. All the lettuce was SO wilted, the chicken was still COLD in the middle. And there was no bacon or cheese sauce on my potato wedges. Also, the potato wedges were severely undercooked. So, they were just this huge clump of uncooked potatoes. We didn’t even eat any of it, it was so disgusting. I tried contacting Jack in boxes complaint site and that was quite a few days ago now.. no response yet. Basically just GAVE Jack in the box money for nothing.

Its jack. They have gone down hill quite a bit. But they are open 24/7. Sometimes. You just need something fast. They still have those terrible soda machines that are always down. Their $10 munchie meal is a lot of food for $10.

The cook was working with ripped gloves, and when I said something about how it’s unsanitary the woman tried to tell me it’s because they don’t have extra large gloves for him So they rip.
So make sure to check your food everyone to see if there are rubber pieces from gloves in your food. If you’re the manager should go get some for your employee. Not practice unsanitary habits where everyone can see.

I went in to order and had to wait about 10 mins for someone to come to the register. Even though the person making the food saw us and told no one. I ordered 6 tacos. So that means I would get 12 tacos since you get 2 per order. Oh no, I got 6 tacos, and they were not even made right (see picture), which will explain. The service here is a hit and miss.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD. I went to this location on 2/12/2024 at around 9:30pm let me share my experience. I saw a pictire of the fish sandwich on the drive thru board it looked pretty good so I decided to go away from my normal burger and do something different. So with my other items I was about to pull off and noticed that the guy who took my order decided to omit the 2 orders of fries that I paid for. So get home open the wrapper and this is what I got. Now I generally have a low expectation of fast food I understand its not gonna be perfect or gourmet its fast food but this is horrible and lower than low effort. This trash cost $10 and this wasnt even worthy of going in my trash can let alone my body. I would rather have an angry Mike Tyson punch me in the stomach than eat this.

I specifically told them no bun with my burger that I had a wheat allergy and when I checked it, it was on a bun. I told them that it would make me very sick. They took it in the back and when I got home and got it out to eat it, well you can see for yourself that just peeled it off the bun and put it on the lettuce. So I basically DONATED $6.39 PLUS TAX TO JACK IN THE BOX!
