Came here on my lunch break around 11pm .. waited about 30 mins for 2 cars ahead of me which was very disappointing.. I ordered the triple chicken sandwhich munchie meal .. man jack isn’t what I remember those warm summer nights in LA. The burger tasted like frozen chicken patties and was as hard as stale bread , I couldn’t even eat half of it without wanting to throw up , the tacos were extremely oily , the only thing good about this meal was probably the toy and the coke lmao. Will not go back , 30 dollars for food this bad is not worth it at all.

They take too long. They cheat with the speed of service. They ask you to back up so that the timer stops at the window. And they take for ever. Plus my sandwich was burned and hard. I ask for no bacon l, and of course, they put it in the sandwich

The staff; for the most part are courteous and when they pay attention to doing their job it is good. I have been there many times and I must not have any spicy food and my son is allergic to the taco sauce and I make sure to get the order correct with emphasizing the extreme amount of importance to not have taco sauce due to my households issues with taco sauce….they hand me tacos that you can smell the taco sauce as it is a mass amount of it on all the tacos… seeping out of the bottom of the brown carrying bag. On 3 occasions….So…I just want to say, before you leave, check the food.

Went right now at 12:56am order online through app on June , 10. The gentlemen that made my order made food fresh and got accurate order saw review about graveyard shift being bad but I had great food. Just chicken wings need more sauce I love my wings drenched in sauce.

Extremely rude and disconnected service here. Completely understaffed. This location explains why Lubbock Tx doesn’t have a Jack In The Box. One employee at this location was kind. They sure know how to ruin a mornin’ here.

The Hispanic women, I think one is the manager, always has an attitude and even if you’re in front of the register she will ask the Hispanic customers if they been helped first. I ordered to pickup and still had to wait 20 minutes. She claimed they didn’t have boxes for large curly fries and said what she gave me was large. I beg to differ.

I ordered some food while there after paying they parked me because they said that they we making my order fresh I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger combo that looked like they had left there from night before the cheese was burnt, it looked like a kid’s meal cheeseburger the ice tea tasted like medicine over all I will not stop by this jack in the box anymore prefer to drive the extra mile to go to the Craig location.

Normally always come here order thru the mobile app and pick up in drive thru, last night i placed a pick up order thru mobile app for drive thru since the lobby closed in less than 7 minutes, when i got to the window the worker that night (never seen him before normally is older mexican woman or young kids) proceeds to tell me that next time place my order for pickup bc the amount of time it takes to prepare it runs the stores numbers up? From a customer/ex fast food worker pov how is it any of my concern what your system does, and there wasn’t any other cars in line? And I wouldn’t even have wrote this review if it wasn’t for the absurd amount of sauce they put on my TWO spicy wraps and no jalepenos? , i asked for extra sauce and ended up wiping it all off before i could even eat. If you’re gonna be suggesting “tips” abt the way ppl order in the app when they were trying to be considerate to the workers, at least do ur job right .
