I went last week on Wednesday afternoon around 7 .Taking my order was very smooth and fast went to the window and was greeted by a young morenita girl and another with braces and glasses.They were very talkative and sweet I was having a bad day until I got there ,they were very funny and made me laugh .Wish all fast food had employees like these 2 young girls.Will most certainly be going back .

Our experience at Rosmani has always been above and beyond. When we walk in, Roberto the hostess always greets us with open arms and upmost respect. Emanuel our waiter went above and beyond with his service. Drinks, Food and Desserts are always out of this world. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem for Foodie People. We had the 6 Course Dinner with the wine pairing. Truly a dinning experience.

The manager, isn’t no help at all. The employees don’t know what they’re doing. They make the order wrong i tried calling and the phone doesn’t work. I ask for a remake and they said they can’t do anything without a manager approval.

Definitely do not recommend, despite the good customer service, it did not make up for the missing order of chicken strip meal, to the obviously reheated curly fries in what I assume was old burnt oil. Spending over 50 dollars was not worth it at all!!!

Went in and Air Conditioning not working. Crazy hot in the store. Had trouble with the app and the employees said “sorry that’s not us”
