Waited in the drive thru for 5 min’s, 3 min’s to order, and was told to park and wait for one smashed jack. As I was waiting employees came out with food walking from car to car asking what they ordered. The person working the window with the headset came out with two bags and stopped next to a pickup and just stood there. The windows were tinted so dark you couldn’t see if their was a person in the truck, but she stood there. After a few min’s he open the window and told her no, she came to my car and gave me my Berger, then to the car next to me. While waiting in line three car left the line and went to Mc D’s, this was to most disorganized franchise I have ever seen. Where was Management? 15 packs of Taco Sauce and 3 Ketchup.

There’s another location closer to me, but I come here because the food seems to be fresher. After a craving at 130am this morning, I went. I’m so disappointed that the sandwich was literally inedible. It was like it was old and they refried it or they fried it too long.
No receipt so couldn’t return it. Everything in this area is going downhill.

I was so disappointed! I was excited that the wedges were back and I understand that yall are busy but for the waiting inconvenience the food should’ve been BETTER! Not satisfied at all it’s like they just threw together just to rush the line. SMH!

Not a total slam against Jack in the Box since I see this at most fast food places, but, the food is not that great anymore. It never looks like the advertisement picture. Buns are flat and usually dry. Hamburger patties are dry. I paid $24 for a regular hamburger and a small hamburger, a regular onion ring, small fry and a regular shake. For the quality of the food with the high prices it’s not worth coming here or most other fast food establishments.

I ordered a #6, extra patty, large sprite no ice, and large curly fries, the drink they gave me was a small dr Pepper, when I gave it back they gave me a large sprite with extra ice, when asking the lady to remake it wile waiting for my food, I was returned with an attitude, after 15 mins of waiting I get my half filled cold and stale fries and a sad excuse for a burger without the extra patty, after the 3rd time sending something back it was finally corrected by who I assume to be a manager, cold, stale, and 20 mins later, (mind you i was 1 of 2 people in the whole damn drive through) whole break was wasted due to lack of attention to detail and left in a bad mood to attidue. I get its fast food but this is crap.

Went in line got our food freshly made an left! The workers were fast an efficient the food well as you can see in the pics were so yummy I didn’t get a full pix! Going back again tomorrow

I originally went to Charleston and lamb they didn’t even attempt to help us stranded their fifteen minutes not busy or not even a hello the one on nellis and bonanza rocked it out in seven minutes thank you nellis and bonanza

Very poor customer service and had to close and not take any orders until shift change was over franchises like this already have it figured out how to run the store continuously while not completely not having one registered I went to two different ones and both were doing the same thins

If there is a 0 I’ll give this place it not trying to be rude but I just ordered the buttery jack meal my burger is dry and old with the fries and they didn’t give me a lot of fries and my drink is blend taste just like I’m drinking water I have been throwing up and I’m calling no one is answering the phone and they are not even busy
