Terrible service, I had read bad comments about this place, but they just opened the Jack in the box restaurant, for me it was excellent, now I regret what I said before, terrible service when you order your food, the quantities are ridiculous, they serve a few pieces They don’t even resemble the photos that are published by them, I went to tell them that what I ordered was horrible, everything was thrown in the box without the slightest care. The owner should pay more attention to his workers because of how bad they serve. This restaurant has everything to be great but its staff does not work well.

BOTH bathrooms are out of order, been like that for several days I was told. Their Vanilla Iced Coffee tastes quite bad, like coffee-flavored water. Normally I like Jack in the Boxes’ Iced Coffees. At least the interior dining area was clean and well maintained.

Let me say for a brand new location, out of my 40 years of living this is by far the rudest most unreliable Jack in the box. The 6 times I’ve been here I only have gotten food twice. Being a type 1 diabetic and needing something to help my sugar I have to end up stopping at the Chevron right there to get something. My first experience after the first week opening they told me they were closed for cleaning at 11pm. For a business that just opened and hasn’t had any customers what a bunch of nonsense. The second time here we go again waiting at the speaker forever to tell me they are closed (I thought Jack was opened 24hrs) and just now I had to repeat my 3 times and guy did not hear me. So I pulled up and told him I wanted 2 tacos he said they didn’t have any tacos they are frozen ♀️ . Aren’t they frozen when you stick them in the deep fryer. Thank you I’m no longer going to be a Jack in Box customer.

When this new store opened I was super excited there was a one close by where I work and at first the customer was very good and now it’s gone south for a while now every time I go all I get is 2 tacos and a Jr. Jumbo jack or small chicken sandwich and requestee mayo they always say they don’t have any even after months and the last time.

Thanks for the food and everything but, there’s a dining room for employees to eat, if you’re on break…sit down and eat but for God-sake DONT EAT BEHIND THE LINE. Your employee (no name or gender) was eating by your fryer, plus or minus they had dipping sauce too…don’t wanna get that in your fryer . The person working the drive-thru didn’t even mind alarming the co-worker that I was entering into your services, which made it even funnier, not to add the health department is right next door…woops

one of their employees named jack picked up a disabled person from their wheelchair and picked me up and body slammed me on the wheelchair, -1/10 poor service. Another employee named box spit in my burger and it was still dry.
