This has to be quite frankly, the slowest and worst possible ran Jack in the Box in all of Las Vegas. I ordered ahead and got there 15 minutes after I ordered which is when my order was supposed to be ready when I arrive. They tell me I have to park because they’re still working on my order after making me wait an extra 25 minutes they bring me my order and it was completely wrong. I had to go back inside for them to fix it and they still did not give me any straws nor ranch as I had asked for originally. The person that was there was upset because I told him that they made a mistake and they did not like that. But I’m sorry if I place an order, you should get it correct and if you don’t, you should not be upset if I’m telling you it was wrong. I paid for my food to be a certain way not the way you want to give it to me. Jack In The Box, get it together, corporate needs to come in and clean house.

Ordered on the app for asap. Got there at 10 minutes when it said it would be ready. Asked counter help if it was done.
He checked, then didn’t acknowledge me for 15 more minutes. After those 25 minutes, I asked if they even gotten my order, and they brought me my sack right away. Drive thru was busy, (4:00 pm) but 10 to 15 of those cars got there after I did and were gone 10 minutes before I got served.
If you do mobile app, I’d go to a different location.

Yet again, I didn’t receive part of my order. I ordered 2 of your 2/$5 sausage croissants. I received only one. So yet again I paid money for food I didn’t receive.
This store is HORRIBLY consistent in leaving out part of the order that you pay for.
Oh wait, the owner said “my bad” and if you report it on their website, they will improve.

-The establishment was very eye opening. Dirty establishment rude little tiny manger and I will be calling the southern Nevada health district. The workers don’t wash their hands.. picking up old French fries off the floor the smash burger I ordered was very greasy my husband works for the health district and he will be taking action I’ll be making sure of it. Also lack of diversity (nepotism).

The Centennial location is closer to my house. We stopped by to grab something to eat around 7pm. The lady that gave me my food has no customer service skills. They messed up my daughter’s order, the tacos were soggy, the lobby soda machine had no drinks available and they didn’t give me the curly fries I ordered.

Their stuff says open 24/7 but they actually don’t open til 5am. Maybe they should do some information updates? Not turn all their outside lights on? Make the place look closed until 05am? It’s a waste of my time to try and go when maps says they are open, the store appears open, but they are not.

The wait crazy. They need more employees!! It’s 7pm on Tuesday night and I was waiting for 15 minutes!! Then to get to the window and still have to wait! There were only a few people inside. Can’t go here again. It did look really clean inside. All that waiting and I got home and my order was wrong. So disappointed!
