The over all experience is decent, I guess.
Food takes WAY too long if you are dinning in.
The equipment looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a minute. Trash is over flowing outside by the front door. Soda machine is gross and sticky (with no ice function) so the floors and lower walls are pretty nasty as well!
Silver lining though, the bathrooms are clean and tables are clean.

Almost 20 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of me. This service is incredibly slow and the food was cold by the time I got it. First time I had been here in four years and now I understand why.

BROOOO, who ever was cook on 2/8/2026 around 7-730pm dude you made the food so damn good it genuinely surprised me.
Fries-better then McDonald’s, fresh, salty, crispy and soft
Jack wrap- crispy tender, crunchy lettuce and not soggy
Jalapeño poppers-crunchy, cheese was actually melted and good this time
Nuggets- soft and crunchy while still being juicy somehow
Like for really that shift/cook needs a raise

Clearly terrible customer service I received from Jack in the Box after my DoorDash order. The Dasher came straight to my job so when the food got there, it was cold and fries were brown cold and stiff. It was not fresh. Called the store and spoke about it over the phone and it didn’t go well so I used 45 minutes of my 30 minutes break to get what I paid for. The shift manager came off defensive off top.The shift manager had an attitude and blamed the Dasher for how the food looked. I was a Dasher for almost 4 years and food doesn’t get that cold and stiff from one location to the next. To make the whole situation bad he didn’t even replace my order that I paid for he just took off the lettuce, tomato, and onion and put in the microwave and gave it back to me. Refused to give me some fresh fries. This young man just wanted to argue with me instead of replacing my order that was already paid for. I wasn’t asking for a refund. We won’t be buying Jack in the Box anymore.

I ordered in drive thru. Right at the end, they said correct, change or card only. I didn’t have either at the time. But you’re telling me. You can take everybody else’s change. But you can’t give change back. What kind of scam is this.

We enjoy eating here however they always seem to mess up more than they get it right. Out of the last 5 times, they’ve only gotten our entire order right once. The staff wasn’t friendly and once you complained about the service you received you got even worse treatment.

The slowest jack I ever been too idk if they are low on staff but not 1 or 2 it’s been several times I come nd the wait time in the drive through is ridiculous . That could definitely improve .

Food is often very oily, dried out or cool. The services can be good but unfortunately they are often bad. The atmosphere is chaotic and loud as all fast food establishments are. However with all that said, late night snack attack or cheap dinner on the run, its does the job.

Customer service was great. The food taste great and the gentleman in the back with all the tattoos he is such a good And helpful worker glad you guys have him there.
