I have rarely eaten at Jack in the Box but on the few occasions that I have I have received excellent service. Today the staff at the 103rd & McDowell location were no exception. I promptly received a friendly greeting and quick service. The food was fresh. Upon leaving I was thanked for coming in. Service like this will keep customers coming back for more.

I had the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, and my wife had the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl—everything was delicious! The fries were perfectly crisp, and the employees were super friendly. This is honestly one of the best Jack in the Box locations I’ve visited. It’s become my go-to place whenever I’m craving a burger, and their tacos never disappoint. Plus, the restaurant is always clean, which is a huge plus. Keep up the great work!

I had the Meatlovers breakfast burrito combo. It was very quiet in dinning and the bathroom had some trash on the ground. The meal was good and the hash browns were very hot and crispy.

Never eating at this jack in the box ever again! I ordered Uber eats I got a jumbo jack add a beef patty it came single and broken apart my fries were half full and cold! I didn’t receive my tacos! My husband orderd the chicken tater melt it literally came with just cheese chicken chicken and ranch! I spent 8 dollars just for his sandwich to be worth 2 dollars! It did not have the bacon or the hash brown on it! This is honestly sad! I work in a burger place and I would never ever do this to my customers!

When this Jack n the box opened, it was my favorite location in the west valley. They always HAD fresh fast food with the old night crew. Now this location is a joke. Whoever is the cook at night around 11pm on 10/20/22 had no common sense. If the food is burnt its common sense not to give that to the customer. The fact that they gave us burnt sausage croissants is disgusting and disrespectful to jack in the box. These employees obviously need some retraining.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and two tacos. I get home snd the food is old and literally freezing. I live across the street from this location btw. I was a bit upset but I decided to go back and request new items be made. The overnight manager( 3 am) refused to remake the tacos that were broken and cold and was rude and combative. I realize this isn’t a steak restaurant but I still paid money for decent food.

Just went to the drive thru and ordered the #25 listed as sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When asked if everything is correct on the screen I noticed it was listed as bacon so I said I would like sausage not bacon. Then she fixed it but there was an added charge for sausage I asked why she said she didn’t know that’s how it’s on there and I just said ok (maybe she’s new ? I just wanted it correctly made) The amount was less than was on the screen at check out so I think she got help to fix the added charge but then After arriving home I open to see bacon. Cold everything , extra crispy hash brown that is barely warm like everything was sitting out.
