The drive thru person was nice and efficient. The roast beef sandwich combo was good, the fries were hot and crispy.

We also ordered their new steak nuggets. While they were tender did have good flavor, I would not call them “steak” they had the texture and fattiness of brisket burnt ends. They were very inconsistent in size which made 9 of them for $10 a very bad deal. Maybe if they were all the size of the one “big” one that was in the order, but there were some tiny pieces I would be more inclined to call crumbs, not nuggets.

This location has a pretty good staff. The restaurant is usually messy when we go in but they aren’t standing around so I’ll assume short staff. The food is usually good even when I for dash, Its usually still hot. Sometimes the beef is too thick or the sauce is all on one side of the bread but I think this is expected from any fast food place.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Arby’s location today. When I ordered, I i told the cashier I wanted my order cooked fresh and made to order. Then I was suddenly told it would take 25 minutes. One of the staff members started laughing and said “Great,” which made me feel extremely disrespected and unwelcome as a customer.
It felt very clear that they were trying to get me to accept a piece of fish that had already been sitting instead of actually cooking my order fresh like they claimed. Because of how unprofessional and dishonest the situation felt, I asked for a refund.
Customer service should never make a customer feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, or misled. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect, and I will not be returning.

The food is good most of the time, but the portions keep getting smaller or smaller. I paid $4 for two literal bites of the Mac n cheese. I wish I was exaggerating. The last time I got it, the small cup was filled and was a decent amount. This time, it wasn’t even filled half way. We very politely asked if we could get a little more (what was advertised) and we were told we’d have to be charged more. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

So I know that Arby’s in Crossville really struggles from a food quality & customer service standpoint from time to time. It’s Arbys…you get what you get. Every location I’ve ever been to is the same.

Last night was no exception. Team was likely understaffed, corporate mailed out coupons, so the drive through was packed. Went inside, took a while to be waited on. No big deal…this is Arby’s.

Jeremiah came to take our order and had remarkable customer service. He was polite, despite the stress of the moment. He seemed to be working the register and the friers and didn’t show any signs of pressure. When Jeremiah realized I was waiting longer than I should have been he apologized and ensured my food came out next. Even gave a bonus cookie without it being requested.

Then I had the privilege of watching the store manager (I believe Allie was her name) deal with some rude customers. One of witch even accused the DT cashier of giving wrong change. Allie reviewed the receipt, pulled out a calculator, and politely showed the guest how the math worked and that the change was given correctly.

Great customer service. Thank you both for staying strong under pressure.

I’ve been to many Arby’s, this is the first time my roast beef sandwich was served at room temperature instead of heated. Curly fries nice and fresh. Sweet tea was good but all the fountain drinks seem to be watered down. Watered down fountain drink seems to be the norm nowadays and fast food restaurants.
Those drinks should taste the same as a 20oz from the grocery store. That’s a pet peeve of mine.

Update… Have had not the greatest experience in the past but that has changed. Just had one of the best sandwiches I have ever had at Arby’s: brisket, bacon beef and cheddar! Loaded with meat and very tasty!
Still the best chocolate shake in the the fast food industry.
