This was in a taco. Employees had no answer when i went back other then to offer me another taco. Even posted my receipt. Won’t ever come back to this spot and will definitely be contacting the higher positioned people who own this jack in the box.
My entire family enjoys this location on any day at any time. The food is always fresh to order and they are happy to fix any problems or issues. If you are food particular, we have learned to check before we drive away. But the mobile app and the drive thru make ordering quick.

Can’t give a valid review other than poor customer service. Two different individuals a male and a female both stated their computer was doing it’s nightly reset and would be down for a half hour to an hour and refused to take any orders. Working in this industry during midnight shifts I understand this does happen but it doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to reset and all stores I’ve ever worked at we still took the orders by writing them diwn making it and if the customer has to wait more than 10 mins we would comp them their meal. This store just seems to be lazy.
Wasn’t happy with my experience ordered a sourdough sandwich was suppose to have lettuce and tomatoes it didn’t ordered curly fries but got regular fries and the nuggets tasted like they were double dipped in the fryer and the fries were under cooked I prefer Jack in the box over Mc Donald’s but after this experience I might have to go back to Mc donalds
So I went through the drive thru late at night, around 1am, and all I can say is the service was absolutely horrible. As you can see in the photo, they offer to sub impossible patties on any sandwich, keep that in mind. I placed an order for a meal, sub the impossible patty. The lady responded with the worst attitude “We don’t have that here.” I pointed out that it was right there on their sign, and as I’m explaining, she rudely interrupts, saying, “I’ve been working here for 15 years, I know the menu, we don’t have impossible patties. That’s Burger King, this is Jack in the Box.” I calmly informed her that they should remove the sign from the drive through then if they didn’t carry the patties, and she again interrupted saying “Are you going to order or not?” I pulled up to the window and was met with even more attitude from a short, larger Hispanic woman. Only reason I leave a description of the lady is so that, hopefully, she’ll be fired for the way she treats customers. Absolutely will not be supporting her in any way by purchasing food from this location.
Placed a order for my wife and kids while at work and the order was late and wrong order delivered to my family. Called and they were to remake it and resend it, instead they canceled it completely.
