I went through the drive-thru here and the guy taking the order mumbled so much, I had no idea what he was saying. It almost sounded like a different language. No customer service skills whatsoever. He was just like a freaking mumbling robot. I went here sat 12/13 around 11pm.

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich and stuffed jalapeños. Jack in the box is always my favorite sandwich and love the jalapeños. But, today I’m very disappointed with the food. The chicken is very hard to chew and lacks the tenderness. The jalapeños are not fresh unlike the usual.

This place is absolutely awful this is nasty what in the absolute hell is that. Jack in the box this one impartially has gone to shot literally look at this and the manager a short little Mexican lady with glasses, her hair tie tighten a bun is just so miserable. When I came to get my food replaced I stood there for about five minutes before she even came up to me and she looked at me and said what’s wrong with it and I pointed to I said what is that that’s nasty this is how guys serve your customers this is nasty she said well what do you want? I said I either want it replaced or I want my money back she did replace it but this place needs to be fixed and I really would like somebody from corporate to contact me. I don’t recommend anyone coming to the Jack-in-the-Box at all. It’s a miserable environment and it’s very dirty.

French fries we’re so salty I couldn’t even eat them. I took it up and showed the people behind the counter how much salt was on the fries they did not offer to help me out. And after I walked away they all thought it was funny.I am not a happy camper. I am posting a picture and I didn’t add any salt. The burgers were good.

I walked in to eat in the restaurant. It was empty and as I walk up to the counter one employee sees me and walks away. Another employee saw me and turned and walked towards the back. Their was a smell of what I think was Fabuloso and sewage. Definitely disappointed. I ordered the sourdough jack combo with 2 tacos.

They do have great menu and dining room open til midnight. Good to see same familiar people working here. Soda machine lacking in selection great deals online and email. Fast service clean.

This is perhaps the worst Jack I have ever experienced. In a pinch, had to stop by this morning. Ordered a Supreme Crescent sandwich. It came in a burger bun, and was missing the egg. There was one thin slice of ham and a tiny piece of bacon. That was it. Not tasty. Bad food seems to be the norm at this location.
