Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with grilled onions and an order of onion rings. Got on highway… no onion rings, no grilled onions AND the bun wasn’t even toasted. We were on the way to the airport, so didn’t go back. Horrible quality mngt. No more Jack for me!

Service is not friendly and welcoming….at least on the evening shift when I go around 9:30pm. I bought a meal with curly fries and a coke on Thursday night….the only thing that tasted good and fresh were the fries. The burger was hard around the edges …almost like it was freezer burned and the coke tasted more like soda water!….and I spent $13 for one meal! Huge disappointment! I won’t be back to this location.

Worst customer service ever ,the cleaning guy was rude to wife about our daughter making a lil mess ,tacos came out cold when asked to speak to manager or shift leader we were told you order 20 min ago the cheese on tacos wasn’t melted and they were cold but excuse was we ordered 20 min ago will never go back there ever …….
