Brock was our server he was 10/10 awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the beer selections and menu. Always had a smile and was ready to help us with whatever our party of 6 needed. Thin crust pizza was ok, good flavor but no crisp on the crust.

This place rocks. Honestly I love this bar. The food rocks, especially the cheese curds. They have an awesome selection of beers on tap. And the service is always so friendly. The girl who serves upstairs during trivia rocks. Speaking of which they have an awesome trivia program every Thursday that is always so popping, typically have to get there by 6:30 to get a table and by 6:45 they are turning people away because it’s packed. Probably even busier during the school year. Echo tap rocks.

Hadn’t been there recently so we stopped in for lunch after the UW Womens’ BB game. Had a great Echo Loco Burger. Melt-In-Your-Mouth good. Also had the chili. Wife had a good cheeseburger and my daughter a Build Your Own cheese and pineapple pizza. And our server, Kyra, was EXCELLENT!!

$7.50 for an imperial pint of Guinness is a win in 2025.

Not a perfect pint by any means but a deal for sure! Lovely patio to enjoy it on as well if the weathers right.

been here quite a bit as i live in the neighborhood, however i continuously get discouraged by the practices of this establishment. for example, last call to order drinks/food is always way earlier than stated in both writing on the doors and online… which was not just a one off occurrence. they also close their upstairs and have only a small area to sit in, even if it’s crowded. on busy nights, there has always been only one waiter, which has led to long wait times for mediocre, overpriced food. i have tried the burgers multiple times, haven’t even been asked how i want it done, and i receive a mediocre, dry, and flavorless burger. also, drinks are noticeably more expensive here (not drastic, but not worth it for the service). i’m disappointed, as i’ve heard good things, but i’ve been continuously proven wrong.

Decent/good food but it took 20 minutes before we placed an order, 20 additional minutes to get our drinks, and almost an hour to get our food. No check-in/update and tables were being turned in front of us (a party of 3). Cold onion rings, room temp curds. Would be good if they were hot. i love the patio

First time visit. Service and food was excellent!! I had the Echo Burger which was super good. One hamburger patty and one brat patty plus two cheeses and other toppings. Can’t say enough about the burger except plan on taking some home especially if you try the awesome appetizers they have. My son and I will definitely be back!

We previously came here with friends, ordered the Aristotle’s Dilemma and loved it. This time one side of the pizza was half empty and when we asked why, the server said they would talk to the kitchen. Didn’t hear anything further. $16 for a small pizza that is 1/3 empty is a joke.

Service was solid, patio was good. A couple TVs were not functioning bur we moved so we could see the Brewers. The food was tasty (crispy and well seasoned fries). Burger was tender but lacked seasoning/pizzazz. This was my first time at Echo (went with a small group) and I would definitely go back again

I really liked eating here. It is a bar setting so it was loud and there were lots of people. We also went the night of a uw-madison hockey game but they seemed well prepared and we didn’t have to wait too long. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was good. Honestly there’s only so much you can do to a chicken sandwich. We also got cheese curds which were also good and not too greasy. We were seated outside which is all enclosed (because winter) but was still warm and cozy. Overall I would dine again!
