For the past few weeks, from the time of 8 pm to 6am they have been saying they are closed. Especially the jack in 2440. I know for a fact they open 24 hours. If they are refusing to really service people why work there? I’ve worked for jack in the box in the past, not once have I told customers going in, that “we are closed, sorry for the inconvenience “……… the employees need to be fired.

I normally eat at a jack in the box that was more in my area but I happened to stop by this jack today and my boneless chicken tender suddenly had a bone and mind you i hate to mention it but I eat at jack pretty recently especially late night after work so to get this is crazy man, I figured since it was new years I’d not say nothing till tomorrow but I have made 3 phone calls not only to see what’s happening with that but to stop that from happening to someone else and there phones seem to be off.

Worst store to order from, staff is courteous but cooks ALWAYS mess up your order everytime. You rtn to get it fixed & the next guy argues with you. Now you’ve lost your appetite after 20m waiting, so you ask for a refund & then you sit for another 15m arguing with another employee. Avoid this store AT ALL COSTS. IT NEVER ENDS WELL! Fish sandwhich ordered with no tomatoes but instead they put ketchup instead of tatar sauce & 2 pcs of tomatoes.

Didn’t get what I ordered, it had bacon on it when I ordered sausage, I can’t eat soft bacon, even my drinks were wrong. They did not help to fix the problem, because they did not have a manager. Extremely rude customer service and at the JACK on 43rd and Peoria, the customer is NEVER right.. Also some of your food is cold or so greasy the paper bag is soak in grease from the employees not draining your fried foods properly. Plus when you file a complaint NOTHING HAPPENS!!! One star is to high of a rating….

It’s Jack in the Box. You know what you’re getting into. Burgers, tacos, curly fries, and the occasional existential crisis halfway through a chicken sandwich. This particular location? It’s alright. Not terrible, not winning any awards either. Just kind of… there.
Sometimes the food’s actually solid, fresh-ish, and hits the spot. Other times you’re sitting in your car wondering why the hell you just paid for regret in a paper bag. Service has that same roulette wheel energy. I’ve never had a full-on disaster, but I’ve definitely had the “I hate this job and all of you” kind of vibe from behind the counter. Look, I get it, it’s fast food. But fake it for two minutes, hand me the tacos, and we’ll both go back to pretending everything’s fine.
Bottom line? If you’re nearby and need something fast that won’t totally ruin your day, this place works. Just don’t expect greatness and you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered 2 ultimate cheeseburger munchie meals, only to find out Monique had given me wrong order now I’ve been calling for an hour and 4 minutes(I ordered my food at 353 a.m. and it is now 457 a.m.) but no one answers phone. We had a car full of people. We got to the window and were told, because we took so long to order, we needed to back up to the ordering place and come forward again. We did it for her
The soda we ordered was all Susan water, salty, and horrid. We tried to pass them back and all for new ones and was told she didn’t want them, that’s the way the soda was, that she could replace them with something else, but we needed to through them away in the garbage around the corner, so we had to hold them and the other drinks while waiting for the food.
The food was bad. The special order burger was okay and made to order. The other was only warm. The regular french fries were half dumped in the bag and not hot. The 4 tacos were stale and hard around the outside and greasy squishy where the innards were. The large season curly fries had approx 20 regular fries that were actually warm but the tray were so hard that we couldn’t bite through them and were able to hard knock on the window – and they didn’t break.
I tried to call but no one answered.

Look, it’s in a terrible area, that much is evident. But it is also one of the most consistenty decent Jack’s around. No matter when I have eaten there the food has been hot, freshly made, and nearly all the orders were accurate. And the staff working the drive thru last night were patient and courteous. Two words that are seldom used in this area of town.
