I was the second car in the drive thru for opening day and they were awesome. We got a big order of around 65$ and they got everything in the first go. They were super friendly and totally professional. I got my antenna ball and have it on my car . I missed jack in the box and am happy they finally got one out here. I will be back for sure.

New Jack in the Box location — note that the drive thru entrance is via Harrison Blvd heading north. Few, 4-5?, parking lot spaces so we parked on the street. Drive thru had a line that seemed to keep moving. It’s either walk up or drive up. We got our food to go and went to Beus Pond Park to sit on a bench and eat. The tacos, which weren’t expected to be greasy, were greasy either because of the constant stream of customers that made them hurry the system or because of the way the tacos were fried. We knew that the tacos were hit or miss on the cheese and lettuce and sauce, how much or placement of it, and that the taco shells are crunchy, except where the meat filling is located, but the tacos, in all of our years and Jack in the Box locations, have never oozed oil. This will probably be remedied in the future with experience. Jack’s Deals chicken sandwich was a first ever purchase and was kid’s menu size. In the past, when the craving hit, we always went to Jack in the Box to order only tacos — multiples of the two tacos item– and that’s what we will continue to do in the future, if we return.

My kids and I decided to finally give Jack in the box a try, we went on a Monday night around 9PM there was a small line, which is no big deal. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They did mess up my item, but it’s actually ok. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they gave me the same sandwich just with a beef patty, and it was still really really good! My oldest ate her burger and fries so fast, she said she never wants McDonald’s again. And that’s saying a lot for her! Give it a shot, it’s pretty good!

The tiny tacos were good and really large enough to be a meal by themselves. The workers were extremely nice and fast. The hamburger was probably one of the worst hamburgers I have had, so I won’t order a burger here again. I haven’t tried their other menu options yet so we’ll see

We went on the 2nd day after opening. Of course the drive through line took forever (about an hour) but that was to be expected so I’m not complaining about that. I got a bacon Swiss buttery Jack which was completely cold; bread, patty, bacon, cheese, everything ice cold. The curly fries weren’t even curly but were just little bits and pieces of fries that measured an Inch or shorter. We didn’t receive any napkins or sauce with our meal which were asked for. My wife also didn’t receive any utensils for the small chocolate overload cake she got.

I rate this establishment the lowest star ever. I was treated very rudely by the staff. I waited 30 minutes for my order. They kept messing up on people’s orders who were ahead of me. They would forget items like drinks, fries, and even sandwiches. I was a walk-up customer, and after I noticed people who were behind me were getting their orders, I became concerned about mine and asked about it. I was treated very rudely when I asked about my order. It was like they never placed my order. I asked for a refund or a discount and the person just walked off. I will not be returning to this establishment

Overall, mostly outstanding personnel. I did have a slight issue with my order, and a few things seemed over cooked or dried out. I would say they are a bit too focused on “fast” delivery of the food and it shows in small ways. Because my food was both wrong, slightly over cooked, and dry, I would normally not endeavor to go back, but I have to say the people working the drive through and the lines were amazing. I will give this place another shot simply because I hope this is merely “new” opening issues.
