Seemed really good, first time trying it. Fries were warm, didn’t seem too fresh, just mid. Honestly would add a little more seasoning, tacos seemed a little old as well but not horrible. Took 20 minutes for our food to get out but besides that everything else was really good.

What’s the hype about? First time going here because everyone loves it, not my experience. Horrible food quality. Tacos had been sitting out for a while. Straight up cold, not even a hint of heat from a lamp. The burger was the same, the bun’s edges dried. The fries confirmed the problem, the small bag of fries were more fresh and warm, but the large my other got was old but also dried out, is this a joke? It’s one thing to get old cold food but to the point it had dried out just shows the neglect from staff who aren’t proactive and take initiative. This was obvious and it’s frustrating.

Me and my family travel a lot and we love Jack in the Box, unfortunately though for this location we have had a LOT of problems. It seems like out of the last 4 times we have been to this location we have had a issue with our order. This most recent time they forgot our Dr. Jack and both of our burgers had smashed up buns. Burgers themselves seemed burnt and dried up as well. I also had asked for no ketchup and they put on anyway. When I went back to the window the two guys in the restaurant ignored me standin at the window even though I ran the Bell, about 15 minutes of me waiting a girl came up to the window and at least got me the drink that we was missing. She was nice and helpful but I am very disappointed with this location.

+ they were open and close
+ I was able to order online
+ when the girls finally noticed me at the window, they were friendly
+ they got my drink correct
Cons:
– my fries were old and cold, not a hint of warmth
– my order customizations were completely ignored
— I asked for no sauce on the tacos, they put sauce *nasty*
— I asked for no sauces on the burger and they put all the sauces *I couldn’t eat it, made me sick just smelling it
It is pretty frustrating when options are given on the website and the employees completely ignore them. It’s really really terrible customer service. If I wasn’t on a delivery and headed 50 miles south, I would have gone back and complained.
Sadly I just lost my money on crap food that wasn’t made in a way that I could enjoy it at all.

I used to eat here all the time in California. Was so happy when they got here, but it still took me months to get here, since I don’t eat out often. I actually missed my bus stop and realized a couple stops later and that’s when I finally went. My favorite thing was just as good as I remember, except for the price .. they used to be 5 to 10 for 99¢ it was $1.59 for two tacos, with no cheese and extra lettuce!! Just wonderful!

There has been a hair in my sandwich multiple times now. Fries are usually cold. One time I ordered curly fries and they filled the container with old inedible regular fries, then put a few fresh curly fries on top to trick me. Never eating at this location again!

My breakfast sandwich had green spots in the egg. I told myself it was just green because maybe it was cooked too long and I wasn’t going to say anything. Then my son’s drink had a ton of dust and hair all in it so I felt that I needed to review. Hopefully you can tell from these photos. If we hadn’t already left I would’ve taken it back.

Usually when I go here, I get fresh food made every time I go. Today I got old food, like it was sitting there for a couple of hours. I don’t know if it was just the crew that was on or what but it was kind of gross wasn’t worth my money.

When biting into my sandwich It had a gross taste and taking it apart there was slimy rotten. Lettuce put on it felt like sauce was used to cover it. I then looked at the other sandwiches which had bad lettuce as well. I love jack in the box but this probably one the worst experiences I have had. Serving that lettuce could make someone sick im actually very shocked anyone would even think to keep serving it.

I went to go get two tacos a fry and chicken nuggets. Lady hand me food have a good day she says shuts the door I get home I don’t have no tacos. Also there tacos barley are filled with meat some times a scrape of a bottom
