I am thoroughly disappointed in the service I received tonight. I get that it’s Christmas Eve, but if you’re there to work then do it correctly. Not only did I wait for 30 minutes for 4 items of food but then they forgot part of my order. When I came back to the drive through to retrieve my missing items. I was told to pull around front to skip the line. As I sat there waiting for a measly two tacos 15 minutes had passed. I decided to go in to get my food. I was ignored and on top of the the gal that told me to pull up front had an attitude with me and then tossed my food towards me.needless to say the employees there are trash and don’t understand that customers are the reason they have there job. Essentially customers should be treated with respect. Fast food or not we spent our money there. I don’t ask for much. Just to be treated properly and not like I’m the problem. Never going back to this location. I honestly don’t get how they even get buisness. Just awful!!

Tried to go through the drive-thru late night but when I got up to the second menu board they had a handwritten sign taped on it that said only accepting cash no cards.
Now I understand that things happen and sometimes machines go out, however this is probably the third or fourth time I’ve gone to this location and they’ve had a sign like that.

Monday afternoon at 1:15, 2 other customers in the building. Food was served cold after waiting for 10 minutes for it. $30 for two meals and it’s served cold!!! Cold fries, dry burgers..shame. Shortly after another employee shows up and her profanity was enough to make a sailor blush. Not impressed whatsoever with the staff or food quality. I’ve been at this location before and never had this poor of an experience. I do know however the drama and lives of two strangers, quite the mess they have. Too bad they couldn’t put as much energy into services and the food as they did their gossip, this place would be the best Jack in the box in town.

I’m in this neighborhood a lot, and anytime I pop in for a late night snack, Jesse and Trevor are at the top of their game. The place is usually insanely busy, but both of them keep a smile on and work quickly. If they’ve ever been overwhelmed, I certainly couldn’t tell. I’m not sure if there are any other guys that work under them or not (I’m pretty sure it’s usually just the two of them though), but either way, these fellas EARN their paychecks!

Went in to pick up an order for Uber. Instructions given by company on the app say to use the drive through after the lobby closes. Signage says 10 pm.
Rude employees tried to tell me I’m supposed to use the lobby. I told them to address that with the manager as he should change the instructions. Then went into the lobby. Employee proceeded to trash his manager and company verbally. Said this is corporate America even if we tell them nothing will change you know that. Etc. Proceeded to take an extremely disrespectful tone with me and sass me. I don’t appreciate the staff at this establishment. The company obviously needs to improve their training and customer service requirements of their employees. Directly trashing the manager and company as an employee is so disrespectful. Why is he even working there?
