As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The chicken bite box have greatly improved, they used to taste like cheap frozen grocery store chicken bites but now they are amazing! The cheesecake bites are a little meh with the shell like a dumpling, I think they would taste better if you take them home to refrigerate and eat cold.

The staff is friendly and my order was ready very quickly, and it was accurate. There is outside seating with umbrellas if you want to enjoy the weather and stay out of the sun. There is a drive through as well as a walk up window to place your order. I will definitely return in the future.

Ordered two large milkshakes a chocolate and strawberry with funnel cake fries for family dessert. Something was inside the bottom of the strawberry milkshake, consistency was off, very thick and funny tasting. Poured it into the sink of our hotel room and there was some brown material sticking to the bottom inside of our cup. Some had made it down the drain before I could take photo. It’s not chocolate it was weird slimey flakey stuff. Disgusting, hopefully no one gets sick from drinking this.

This checkers used to be good but who they have working today Wednesday is terrible ! I showed up in drive-through at 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 26. A machine at the drive-through took my order did not offer me drinks or french fries checkers only serves sandwiches, there are no combo meals. You can’t get cheese or onions taken off the sandwich so if you’re lactose intolerant or allergic to onions you are screwed. I recommend never going to checkers ever again. I think it’s false advertisement to be showing pictures of fries and drinks on their websites because they don’t sell fries or drinks or the machines that take your orders don’t offer them.

Ordered out food, paid, was told to park and wait. Waited about 10 mins. Got home in 5 mins. Burgers are ice cold! What was the wait for? There was nobody in line in front or behind us. Make that make sense. Burger patties must had been sitting out for hours. Gross

Checkers has decent food and a 30-minute wait… There was a family in front of me ordering, so I knew it would be a minute. However, I wasn’t expecting to stand outside for so long. After they finished ordering, I waited 20 minutes and watched as a drive thru cars passed by. Finally, at the 25-minute mark, my order was taken and given to me after 30 minutes… yikes. the food was great and fresh, but wait wasn’t worth it as I value my time.
