Went through the drive thru and was parked with no one behind. Took 10 minutes to get food brought out. Ordered a large meal and when we got home the fries in the box were even enough to fit in a small order and all the food was cold. Called and the manager doesn’t speak English so she put esmerelda on the phone that falsely said she was the manager after she told us she wasn’t. Said we could drive back in and wait to have fresh food made because she can’t do anything else or call the GM. She was so rude. I am not even confident she gave us the correct number. Such a joke.

This particular Jack In the Box is one of the best. I rarely choose to go to JItB, but this one is different. The staff is mostly Mexican woman who are very good at what they do. The actually care about the food they are making and it shows. I go here a lot because it is close to my work, and I’m never let down. This is no ordinary fast food joint, this place is on another level.

Overall the food is really good, they have a good breakfast. However, when I went to the drive-thru or when I ordered upfront they did not give me my receipt or they didn’t even ask you if you would like a receipt, it happens every time I go there. Other than that it’s a good place.

They have the best breakfast!! They only have 3 people working right now so service is a bit slow, but they are working hard! They are hiring! We always take our kids here after their doctor appointments. The kids love having this to look forward to!
