We visit this location probably twice a month & have always had a decent experience. However yesterday we went through the drive thru & ordered 1 egg roll & 1 box of mini tacos. Nothing crazy; however we waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. The male employee at the window maybe spoke 3 words to us. No apology for the wait, no thank you, nothing. Very upsetting. We then left & once we arrived home we noticed our egg roll was burnt & tacos were cold. Not sure what was going on yesterday 2/1 but they were a mess.

Not the first time we got the wrong order while waiting a long time for subpar food, but the gift that keeps on giving was surprisingly generous this time around.
2 out of 3 of my kids have successfully been turned into human fountains and my wife and I are currently bonding over who gets to lean on the cool tile after our bathroom use and who need to clean up after the kids.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to experience family medical emergencies.

Great take out food. This Jack in the box was rated for its cleanliness! It is clean & I feel the service is pretty quick. I never have to wait very long.
Nicole is always friendly & she makes sure you have everything you need in your bag. She knows it’s me (and my dog) every time I go through the drive through because I get my 2 tacos & run. Great place, very clean & most of all friendly! I’ll see you soon! I’m addicted to the tacos. Always hot & made fresh. Great job!

Wow! Love coming to this Jack in the Box! The workers are so nice and kind, making sure we got all the sauces we asked for! The sauces are so good! My new favorite is the bacon ranch!!! The burgers are always tasty and the tacos are hot and crunchy. They get the order right most of the time, so that’s great! It’s always a great experience!

The staff was incredibly rude and complaining to customers in the drive thru about being short staffed. They seemed upset about about me ordering egg rolls. The girl working the drive thru kept putting her hands inside the waistband of her pants and then handling people’s orders. Truly disgusting for the food industry. My order was incomplete and completely wrong. Your staff made paying customers feel completely unwelcomed. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Spend your hard earned money at an establishment that appreciates and respects their customers.

If I could this would absolutely be a zero star review. Rudest most inept person I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered through the drive thru. Ordered the lunchie meal with the really big chicken sandwich, the girl acted like she had zero clue what I was talking about. Ordered a number 6 no tomato, was told that they were out of evey drink except diet coke, diet Dr pepper and sprite. Girl saya you ordered the number 1, I told her no and walked her through the number six order again. Ordered the number 11, and a six piece regular mozzarella stick. Asked for a drink carrier when she went to hand me my drinks, she responded they were out of drink carriers. There were several behind her, when I told her that she raised her voice and screamed at me that her manager told her those were for door dash only and proceeded to close the window while using a profanity beginning with the letter F. Girl did not have a name tag but was heavy set with dark curly hair and glasses, based on a previous recent review I’d guess it was Kim, receipt indicated Kevin was the server, clearly incorrect. Curly fries were old and cold and I got Nashville hot mozzarella sticks instead of regular. It was a waste of my good money and a horrible experience because of her attitude. I not only will not be back but will share this horrible experience with everyone I can.

I love jack in the box but my last experience was gross. The little girl (brown, heavy set and curly hair) at the drive thru window kept saying they were understaffed and it would be while, she seemed quite upset. We mentioned it was fine then after taking my order she says “Again that’s gunna be a while because there was a $100 order ahead of us…as if that was to convince me to leave without my order. This location has windows to see into the kitchen from the drive thru….we could the same girl putting her hands in her pants and resting them inside of her waste band. I think any paying customer would find this inappropriate. Not to mention I ordered food for my husband who is immunocompromised. I have also already reached out corporatly.

Every time I come here I am waiting an hour for food. This time it had been an over an hour. When I placed my order the staff started yelling in the back pissed off and the person on the mic started telling her oh no you won’t. I asked if 25 tacos is too much for them and they said they were under staffed with only three people. So they are consistently understaffed and openly pissed about having to make larger orders. This is the second time I have come here and I will never come again. I love jack in the box but this one is poorly ran and uses up so much of my time. The Coke I got tasted like half water. Just poor all around. McDonalds sure wouldn’t throw a fit about a large order and they would get it done without taking an hour of my life. A sit down restaurant is faster than this fast food. Don’t waste your time here.

I had to repeat my order multiple times and waited a long time. Despite the long wait time and making sure my receipt matched my order, I still left part of my order missing. I ordered fries and 6 tacos for the family. I trusted all the tacos were there because I didn’t want to spill the fries in the bag. I only got 2/6 tacos. At least I’m only out $3.
As far as the food, the fries were too oily, and the tacos we did receive were cold.
I’ll stick to either of the two other stores in the area going forward.

Food was great! Place was clean. Staff was awesome! But 78 dollars to feed a family of 5?!?! Thats a little out of hand. And prices i expect to pay at chili’s or bww.
