DANGEROUS FOOD TAMPERING BY COOK!!! Got lunch from here from the drive thru. 2 snack wraps. Ordered crispy.. was given grilled and didnt realize until I got back to work which wss fine since i was hungry so was going to eat them anyway…that’s when i found added hard peices of what seemed to be EXTREMELY old dried out meat of some kind some peices so hard it could break a tooth as well as what appeared to be nasty dirt in the wraps as well. I have been feeling ill all day. It appears it was done on purpose because it was not just in one but in both and was hidden and only began like half way towards the bottom of the wrap in BOTH wraps. Also it makes no sense how that “ingredient” could have eneded up in there accidentally having worked in restaurants and understanding how food prep and assembly works
Returned to the store after work and the lady who worked there saw what was found in the wrap and looked disgusted herself and offered a refund.. this jack in the box should be shut down. Avoid at all costs. There is one on rutland that is better, never had any issues. This was my first time at this location.

Cleanest Jack in the box I have been too. The cooks made my food fresh and hot thank u so much also to Mr Jordan his customer service is really good he is respectful great smile and very good worker will be returning.

The customer service was nice. But the food was awful! The tacos were soft and soggy in some parts and extra crunchy in other parts. The chicken sandwich was Thrown together. As for the meat for the burgers, it had a weird taste. It didn’t taste like meat, at All.. Will definitely Not go to this location again. The one thing I liked was the curly fries.

One of the only things that I’ve always gone to fast food specifically for is the Jack In the Box Supreme Croissant. It’s nostalgic from my childhood and was always delicious. I rarely go eat any fast food, but last week while running errands we decided to stop here and I was looking forward to that delicious breakfast sandwich. Much to my disappointment the bread was different, the egg was different even the meat was different. It was terrible. Obviously they’ve changed their supplier in the last few years since I’ve last had one. I first took the bread off and tried to enjoy the middle at least but I just couldn’t. Whatever they did was not a good decision and I would recommend changing it back. I won’t be returning to jack in the box.

In the picture you can see the main thing they are advertising for 10.99 I ordered it and my total was $15 (with tax) I was confused and took a pic, they said, unfortunately it is more $ because it’s the same as the number 5 (for 12.99) and the system couldn’t honor the 10.99 price. Since I already waited 15 min in the drive thru, I felt I had no choice. It’s not even about the money, it’s literally the manipulation and false prices. Corporations get away with this way too often. Also- got only 7 French fries in my order. I hate corporate companies for this reason. Profit at any cost. Vote with your dollar. Let’s stop feeding the machine. Corporate does not care about their “product” or you.
