Update: After a few years it was time for a revisit. Last time it was a 1 star. This time it it was so much better. The staff were quick, the food was well made and the store was fairly clean for a busy fast food restaurant. Adjusting up to 4 star.
Literally the worst Jack in the box food experience ever. My husband and I moved to a city that doesn’t have Jack in the box and were excited to have some tacos again like old times. These were the worst, we ordered 10 tacos and they were not cooked properly, they were overly greasy and there was even one that was loose, not in paper just hanging in the bag. It was awful, the fries were cold and under cooked as well and the shake machine was out of order. Needless to say we threw most of the food away. Skip this place!

Food is alright ig, but for some reason this location isn’t grasping that they work at a FAST-Food restaurant. They park every car even when you’re the only car in line or even if you only ordered one taco they will make you park and wait more than you’re ever supposed to for some damn fast food. Go anywhere else, you’ll probably get your Amazon package before you get your order from this place.

I was trying to place an online order through the app for the discounted price and it kept returning my payment. I went inside and asked the cashier why and he just said “ I don’t know” and I said can you apply the discounts here. And he said “no, I don’t know.” How do you not know you work here? So I asked for the manager and he said “I don’t know where they are” and at that point I was done. Terrible service. Not coming back here.

Worst chicken ever. I’ve ever had an issue with the cluck chicken sandwich before. But today I was served a dry, thin piece of twice fried chicken. It was terrible. And im out 16 bucks because they didnt give me a receipt.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Garden Salad & 2 tacos via the drive-thru today (01/26/2024). The chicken on the salad was frozen & frost bitten. You can see frost on the actual chicken (see photo). Their salads are usually tasty, but this was disappointing, lazy, & inexcusable.

I had ordered 2 of the 2 for $1.79 tacos. I got 2 tacos. I had to go back for another order. The cashier was a limited English speaker, but his real problem was the din of noise from the crew.
My biggest complaint is $3.49 for a small drink. The soda was more than the food. The cashier gave me one (1) senior discount (a big 50 cents) for what obviously was an order for 2 people. We used to love Jack in the Box, but the inflated soda price wi keep us away.

This guy was sooo rude and when I went back in line to get my tacos they forgot to give me the first time, his greeting was (go ahead) then I told him they didn’t give me my tacos and he said (pull up to the next window). Not very professional in my opinion, AND!! they were exceptionally SLOW! Lastly… no recipept was given or even asked to give it to me. I’ll drive a bit further and go to a better jack in the box everytime! AND the sourdough jack wasn’t even toasted!
