I ordered a mocha creamicino, she said they were out so I got caramel. Charged me $5.40 and I gave her $6 cash. She did not give me my change and blended it like a milkshake, was to thick to drink. No caramel flavor at all in it. Horrible.

First time coming to this jack in the box, never again asked for two orders of fries and they are all stale and hard like a rock, to bad it won’t let me post the video of how it sounds!!! The chicken sandwich had a nasty taste to it, my husband couldn’t even finish it! The only good thing out of the order were the tacos!

Don’t have no pictures, probably some of the better quality of food I had got here. The fries were fresh, including the sriracha fry burger was good. Looked like how they show the food in the commercial.
