Growing up, I always avoided this jitb, but man, as i was delivering today, I picked up an order from here and they have a skeleton crew and they are absolutely amazing! They were working every order so fast and they were pumping out orders real quick. Each member of the team asked if i needed something when they saw me waiting and they were so prompt. They were on top of their stuff. This is not the norm when i pick up orders. And they were making stuff FRESH. I commend them and will be visiting as a customer. Great job!

Asked for a Southwest Salad w grilled chicken with an extra dressing, got a Garden Salad with no extra dressing. Clearly yelled it out at the drive thru, so Idk. Told the drive thru attendant what I exactly ordered, she confirmed and I still got it wrong. ☠️ NORMALLY, I never have issues with this JIB.

My Sourdough burger was ok but I’ve had better. Also we had the Jumbo Jack and it was good. We can’t complain the cooks were pretty fast.

2/8/2022 I just got home with our meals and wow. The burgers are smaller and more expensive! When my son saw my sourdough jack he asked where the meat was! The fries were ridiculously cold and we were still in the parking lot! Very big disappointment. The “meat” tastes weird! If it even is meat! YUCK! I think I need to stop eating out. These places I’ve been to lately in Brownsville Tx are a joke! If I could I wouldnt even give it a star. Jack in the box on SPI hwy SUCKS!

I feel so sorry for the workers here. No air conditioning in the entire building. 100 degrees in the lobby. Can’t imagine what it must feel like in the kitchen area. Shame on corporate for making them work in those conditions.
