Oh Hambo, where do I begin? If I could rate this place 6 stars out of 5 I would. From breakfast to lunch and everything in between, Hambo does it all, and it does it freaky fast and with a big, warm smile. Eating here feels like a giant hug, and we always feel welcome every single time we visit. My favorite item is the Greek Omelette, and their pancakes are legendary. They offer specials regularly—ask your server!

Great place to grab a bite to eat, enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The food is of great quality, the staff is really nice and they wait on you very quickly. Pricing of the menu is affordable and who doesn’t want that in 2025?!

Me and my fiancée LOVE Hambo. We have been going on a reoccurring weekly coney breakfast date since we met on our day off – we tried this place one time instead of our old usual spot and knew it was our new favorite coney. The servers are always so kind and attentive, the vibe itself always feels like catching up with our close friends every week and we always look forward to it. The food is always fast, fresh and delicious as well. We love coming here!

Hands down Hambo is a Ferndale staple! They have the best staff ever that makes you feel you’re apart of a family. As someone who’s worked in food service and still works in customer service, they have something very special. I’ve been going there for over a year and I’ve NEVER had a bad meal – huge shout out to the cooks always killing it! If you’ve recently moved to the area or need a spot to count on, Hambo is the spot!

Just what you’d expect and want from a long standing local diner. Servers are always speedy and friendly. The food is consistent and good. Not a lot of allergen free options however. Can get a little noisy depending on when you’re there but it’s usually fairly chill.

We’ve been coming here for years and Hambo’s is always solid for a great Coney Island experience. The team is friendly, cares about their customers, and takes pride in ensuring a great dining experience. We recently came to celebrate something for my son and they made the experience really special, the cooks even make a celebratory cake out of pancakes to make him feel special and the wait team took care of his meal, which was unexpected and kind, it made his day.

Fantastic Coney Island with great food and very friendly service. Their chicken finger pita is one of the best around. Hambo fries with chili, cheese, hamburger, & onion are excellent also. Everyone who works there is so genuinely kind and helpful.

Family run businesses are my absolute favorite as they always have the best service, friendly atmosphere & food!! I’ve been here multiple times & they never disappoint. Most recently ordered this Greek salad for a family gathering & it’s been a hit everyone keeps asking me where I got it from! The prices are honestly unbeatable, 10/10 can’t wait to go back!!!!
