Absolutely the worst jack in the box ive ever been to
20 mins at the speaker without a single word
My tacos were literally covered top to bottom in grease and 3 of em had basically nothing on it.
I was the only car there. This is absolutely unacceptable

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spent over $50 in food And waited for about 45 minutes then I get home and one of my meals wasn’t even in the bag when I went back to let them know that I had spent over $50 and they couldn’t even get my order right she gave me a hard time. After going on about her manager‘s mom having a stroke, which was none of my business she gave me a hard time about a burger that with bacon that they forgot and my whole order of chicken strips that they forgot when I pulled up, she was on her phone and wasn’t even focused on making the orders. I will never return to this restaurant again in my opinion it should be shut down.

Came here for a quick lunch. Ordered online and the food came out quickly. It was fresh and the people were friendly. Make sure you use the app to get two tacos for a dollar! Restaurant overall seemed clean and there were no issues. I would return here in the future.

This jack-in-the-box used to be good. Now, it’s really gone downhill. I waited about 10-15 minutes before someone took my order at the drive thru. Then, I waited another 10-15 minutes to get my food. It was after 11pm and there was no other customer. I did have one car behind me at one point, but I think they got fed up and left. Before I even gave my order, that car honked at me probably thinking I was just not paying attention. But, I hadn’t even ordered. Also, the worker has zero sense of urgency and no apology for the delay. And, of course, the food was cold. Please don’t eat here until they seriously improve.

Currently have been in the drive thru for 15 minute AFTER paying and still have not received my food. I spend over $60 so I can’t just leave and there are cars ahead of me waiting as well. I was trying to place my order at the speaker when halfway through ordering I was told to pull up to the window where I waited 5 minutes for someone to come and ask what I wanted to order…. I should have known then to just leave but this is what my kids wanted today. But I will not be back if this is the service i will receive.
Edit to add: after waiting an additional 30 more minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long, I saw bags of food sitting everywhere behind the counter and what appears to be one employee working. I waited 10 minutes at the front counter before another employee walked in and I had to approach them and ask for a refund, still 2 cars waiting in front of me the girl let me know the food on the counter that had been there the whole 10 minutes I was waiting was mine and I didn’t need a refund. I told her I didn’t want cold food and how could she ensure the food was mine when there were still 2 other cars waiting. I kept requesting to speak to a manager which they just said they would get and about 7 minutes later he walked up on his phone asking my problem. I let him know and he just walked away telling the girl to refund me. They have their kitchen blocked but I was able to see food just laying on the floor and other surfaces while in there I do not reccomend this location. I drove a little further to military and had my food in less then 10 minutes.

The two girls taking my order and handing my food in the take out line seemed miserable. No greeting or talking of any kind, just stick the hand out the window with your drinks and food and don’t even look at you. No have a nice day or anything, so I didn’t even know if I should drive off or if I had my entire order. Food was not terrible but it was cold.

I wish I could give Z E R O stars. Absolute worst jack in the box location. Not only do they change their order randomly throughout the day to mobile orders only but once you place your order and go in at the carry out time the app gives you, you don’t get service. My husband waited an hour while the old female work last night services everyone who came in except him until he finally asked her if she was going to help him. She didn’t speak a word, gave us the WRONG order but also did not give us the sauces we ordered either. He waited at designated mobile orders set pick up and was not spoken to a single time. Highly recommend you make the drive up 410 to the Ray ellison location. Horrible and will not be returning.

This jack in the box is nasty. None of the workers are wearing gloves which is super unsanitary. The employee taking my order was really rude, I was waiting 30 minutes for a simple order just for my tacos to be super cold.

This is one of the oldest locations. Was one of my favorites. But they haven’t had a good staff in quite a while. It was friendly I was pleased. But we were the only car and it took 15 min or more for them to bring out 2 orders of tacos 2 drinks. Mini tacos and sourdough cheese. No combos. I love Jack. But not happy with my restaurant. The next nearest to me now is at wonderland mall because the idiots took the Ingram location.
