We do door dash and not only is this place slow but it intentionally shuts down early to keep orders. I ordered a bunch of tacos on mobile order and not only did they shut down two hours early but one was carrying a sack of food to his car. Now tonight they shut down almost an hour early and even though they weren’t even locked up wouldn’t give us a door dash order that was placed an hour before hand that I know was made and bagged to go. The guy outside said it was made but the manager said he wasn’t doing anything else. An order that was already made, bagged, and paid for. As a dasher I’ve found nothing even worth one star about this place and place and apparently it’s managed by thieves. The dude was closing the store but also still cooking food lol. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Went through the drive through tonight, first off, ordered the simplest burger with cheese and ketchup only. The first time the burger was checked, no ketchup, so the window lady took the burger and opened it up with her BARE hands and had the cook squirt ketchup in it. No, im pregnant and dont know where her hands have been, unprofessional. Got mad when I pointed it out and she said she didn’t touch it. I watched her in the window. so they remade it. 3rd burger. Still wrong. Tell me why I had to physically go in there to point out that the burger was still wrong. They had put bacon on it. The burger doesn’t even come with bacon. Not only did they get attitudes while having to remake something I paid for, the inside of the resteraunt was nasty, they were allowing like 6 kids in there without adults, running around some with no shirts on, throwing ice everywhere. 10/10 would not recommend this place! Took 40 minutes just to get a dang burger right.

Ok I haven’t eaten at Jack in the Box in forever BUT I saw a add taking about they had a new Pineapple shake. Well I must have been in a Pineapple mood that day, tho I do have to say I love anything pineapple also. Anyway I decided to go by on my way home from work and get one. They only have 2 sizes, the regular and the large. The only negative I would say is that the shake was kinda expensive…like whataburger expensive, but I will say it was worth it after I tried it. 10/10 would most definitely order it again. It’s only for a limited time so If that sounds like something u would like, I would get by there pretty soon. Lord knows u don’t wanna miss out.

My son and I ordered a late lunch today via my app. We had to go park and go in to pick it up. The two women in there were busting their butts, because they were short handed because people can’t be bothered to come into work. These ladies made sure our order was correct including giving us fresh fries because the others had been sitting out too long. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond!! I hope your manager knows how valuable you both are!! Thank you again our lunch was fresh, hot, delicious, and correct! God bless you ladies!
