This Jack in The Box was pretty solid. Took around 3 minutes to get our two sandwiches, which were good; staff was polite. We also got orange juice and it was cold and clean. The only problem was the environment; walls were dirty, seats trashy, floors messy.

I recently visited this Jack in the Box location with my sisters, who was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was disorganized, messy, and lacked basic cleanliness.
When we walked in, there was no one at the front register to take orders. The employees seemed entirely focused on the drive-thru and barely acknowledged customers inside. Instead, we were told to use the kiosk to place our order. After doing so, we waited 30 minutes without any updates. Meanwhile, another customer who had ordered within that same timeframe expected their food, yet we hadn’t even completed our payment.
When we finally asked about our order, the staff checked their system and found a $48 order—but the overall experience was far from worth it. The poor customer service, lack of organization, and complete disregard for in-person customers made this visit frustrating. It seems like they prioritize drive-thru orders while neglecting walk-in customers. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
If there was an option for no STAR,I would but zero.

This is truly the worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too. It’s pretty clear corporate hasn’t been to this location or they wouldn’t be able to franchise anymore. I went here once and it was very disappointing food was okay they got my order wrong and the drink station wasn’t working. The employees could not care any less about our experience, we ate outside because the inside was in bad shape, then we got locked out… Several customers tried to come in but the doors were locked and so they couldn’t. After all this I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but was I wrong. Again order was wrong, was missing items the employee was even more rude then the first time , again they had no soda options, and the one they did have tasted like carbonated water. I know the saying is the third time is the charm but im not willing to find out if that’s the case.

Went for a snack around 9pm Just 4 tacos and 2 orders of fries. Worse choice ever. Fries were cold and soggy and tacos were cold and dripping with oil. Took a long time to get my order so i was thinking they were making it fresh. I thought may be it was a fluke returned the next day just to see if it was a fluke NOPE something two days in a row. Simple tacos and fries. Came home took one bite threw it away wasted my money. Me and my family will not be returning. Yall lost a customer for life with that Jack in the Box still mad typing this.

I was here for breakfast, my drink was given to me with the lid not secure. She advise me. I tried to gently accept and secure the lid. But the Large Red punch splashed all over my vehicle inside and out. My pants got soaked. I couldn’t finished my errands.
The employee apologized and gave me some sanitizing wipes. That stripped my interior.
I will NEVER go back.
I spent the next hour cleaning red punch out of my vehicle.

Service slow and attitudes were horrible. I dined in and had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks and a ridiculous amount of time for our food we only ordered 2 Jumbo Jack meals and food was lukewarm . New management is desperately needed.

I door dash late night. Often when going to this location the guy pulls everyone around and mixed up the orders. 3 cars and not one order correct. Worse he sometimes disappears mid shift with none to be found in store. The won’t answer calls or respond to knocks at the door. Which leads dashes to report store closed. After you leave they’ll turntable up like nothing happened.
