Ordered a burrito and burrito bowl today. The burrito was so spicy i couldnt finish it. Also found an avocado seed in my guacomole in the burrito… burrito bowl had half of an avocado in it (wassuposed to be guacomole) and the avocado was not ripe and was inedible! Terrible food experience.

every table and the entire floor had left over food everywhere, it was gross. there were only 5 of us in there and about ten staffers, and they couldn’t send anyone out to clean the dining area?. i asked them if they could cut the burrito in half to make it a bit easier to eat, they said they could not. told them there was an allergy and it looked like they were using a nasty toilet rag to wipe the food prep area down, leaving nasty streaks everywhere, someone needs to get mr. health inspector in there. i will not be back unless they do something about the nastiness.

Place is very hit or miss. Have ordered ahead and have had to wait 30+ mins past my promised done by time, have ordered double every item in my order and have still gotten shorted. to pay 25$ plus for a single bowl to be shorted on ingredients i pay extra for is very disappointing. However have had good times too, again very hit or miss. When it’s good it’s great, when it’s bad steer clear!

This is easily the most disappointing Chipotle in New Hampshire. I honestly don’t understand how it maintains a 3.6-star rating. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but every visit has been the same, bland food across the board, from the rice to the chicken.
What makes it worse is the management. The manager is consistently rude to employees, creating a negative atmosphere that trickles down to the customer experience. The staff often act like they’re doing you a favor just by serving you, and the portions are extremely stingy. I’ve asked for two scoops of rice, only to be given what amounts to two quarter scoops.
I’ve raised these issues with corporate several times, but nothing has changed. I normally don’t write reviews, but this location has consistently been such a letdown that I felt it needed to be said. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here.

Hate to be that person, but need to warn others. I have a food allergy and the person making my food did a great job at wiping the counter, washing their hands, changing gloves, and making my food safe for me to eat. But as they were doing this, an elderly employee walked up behind them, shoved their entire gloved hand into the chicken bowl, and started eating out of their hand right on the line. To the original workers credit, they got fresh chicken out to use in my bowl. I know people are hungry, I know what it’s like to work fast food, and I don’t want to be a Karen. But that jeopardizes the food safety for every customer in line who may have an allergy, not to mention I have no idea if that employee just finished cleaning with those gloves on and has now introduced cleaning products or bacteria into the food.

This Chipotle location is undeniably the worst I’ve ever visited. The service was atrocious; I asked for extra rice and was given less than a standard portion. When I pointed this out, the staff met my gaze, nodded in agreement, and then completely ignored my request. The same happened when I asked for more beans. Their disregard was blatant. To top it off, after requesting some sour cream and cheese, my plate ended up being smothered with these toppings, covering over 40% of my meal. The cleanliness was equally disappointing—food littered the floors and the kitchen was in a deplorable state. This visit was nothing short of disgusting. I’m compelled to rate this experience a 1/5 simply because there’s no option for zero.

Line out the door and they just have one old lady making burritos while online ordering has multiple people working, Lame… if you know it’s rush hour staff the restaurant fully. Get a new manager, do something. Just a disappointment….

This was the grossest location I have ever stepped foot in. The dining area was absolutely disgusting. Food , crumbs everywhere. And the staff seemed lazy and miserable. Ended up throwing my food away because if the restaurant is that gross I can only imagine how the food is cooked.
