food is always fine however this is THE slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. No other location is as bad as this one for being slow. I waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through, then was told to wait in the front and waited another 10 minutes.

I Was Feeling Nostalgic And Asked Rafael R. If I Could Customize My Order And He Said SURE! I Wanted A Bacon Cheeseburger With Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, And Mayo Only. I Added A Small Fry, A Large Chocolate Shake, And A Large Water. Wow! Wow! Wow! Everything Was Perfect! Very disappointed. No one was there in the lobby, but still had to wait 5-10 minutes before someone came to the register. That was only because someone set off the drive through notification so they had to walk up. I could see two people talking in the back but could not get their attention. Once I got some service it wasn’t too bad. Another employee had shown up but she seemed too interested in her phone. This was the first and will be the last time

I went by 10 minutes ago and ordered tacos and 3 fries and they only gave me two. They told me to wait outside, someone came out and gave me my order thinking it would be complete… You pay for something but they steal from you.

I went through the drive through at 12:20 and was asked if I had a mobile order. Once I said I did not they told me it was closed. I mentioned that they close at 1am and was told “I need an hour to clean up.” I do not recommend this location.

EVERY-TIME I go through the drive thru I get great service! The workers are so VERY POLITE it’s a nice feeling to be able to take your time when your ordering and not be rushed they all definitely work together as a team and treat the customer with care and respect. I will continue to come back the team is an AWESOME group!

I ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and one of the patties was torn apart and put on the burger. I tried calling several times and they only have an answering machine.
