I ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and one of the patties was torn apart and put on the burger. I tried calling several times and they only have an answering machine.

Very disappointed. No one was there in the lobby, but still had to wait 5-10 minutes before someone came to the register. That was only because someone set off the drive through notification so they had to walk up. I could see two people talking in the back but could not get their attention. Once I got some service it wasn’t too bad. Another employee had shown up but she seemed too interested in her phone. This was the first and will be the last time

Hesitant to come here because of the reviews but we had a great experience. The woman who worked the drive thru was very polite even though she was clearly busy. It took about 3 minutes from ordering to get our food. Everything was correct and absolutely delicious. My sons kids meal was correct as well (custom order), and fries were hot. We came on a Sunday at 615pm for reference.

Great customer service and a staff that went above and beyond. I needed water due to my pipes being shut off. I asked if I could get water, (100+ gallons) and I would pay them for it or work it off in some way. They generously agreed when other places said no and they didn’t even charge me. It was just a great show of generosity that so many places of business have forgotten about. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love Jack in the box usually when I go I get it to go but sometimes I do eat in and it is always clean inside the bathrooms are very clean neat and tiny which I love and when I do go in it is a little bit on the chili side so if you go to eating just bring a light sweater.
