I know it’s just fast food, but at almost $11 a meal you would think they would prepare your mobile gut bomb correctly! Sour dough bread isn’t all that good untoasted. But maybe I just thought it was supposed to come that way! May feel differently if they were backed up but I guess it’s my fault for pulling up to the window with elevated expectations.

3 am, wasn’t ordering quick enough 1-2 minutes was too long I guess . Lady taking orders was extremely pushy and rude. Laughing at me while I was trying to order. They didn’t have a few of the things I wanted. I just left after she began to laugh bc I don’t want anyone like that handling my food.

Went through the drive-through for a quick bite. Ordered the chicken pita combo. It had a big hole in it. It was truly like trying to eat a sandwich with a hole in the bread. Why would you serve someone that, #1. And number 2, why would you serve someone that in the drive-through when 9 times out of 10, we’re going to eat it in our car!? I would have returned it but I was already half way to Missouri City by then.
Who appeared to be the manager wasn’t very personable. Not once did she smile and while ordering she sounded annoyed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jack in the Box. I placed a large order totaling $52 to feed my family during a road trip. From the beginning the lady in the drive through couldn’t understand what I wanted and that was confusing. We were about two hours into our ride before realizing that half of our order was missing—including full meals we paid for.
We trusted that the team had double-checked the order, especially with it being such a large amount. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and there’s no way for us to turn around and get the missing items. Not only was this frustrating, but it also left some of my family members without food during a long trip.
This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on your service while traveling. I hope Jack in the Box improves their order accuracy and customer service to prevent this from happening to other families. This place needs a fix of NEW HEAD MANAGEMENT!

I’ve made a report and still nothing I guess since we really didn’t purchase anything, but we purchase from jack in the box at least 3 times a week.. halloween night my 15yo went all out for Jack we made him a jack mask, looking forward to having dinner at jack in the box and when we walk in, already inside waiting to order, we get a guy tell us to go through drive thru Brevard they don’t have anyone to take orders so we left across the street to raising canes.. what a disappointment! We didn’t even get to eat what we wanted but we got very great service at raising canes
