Honestly the burger itself was nothing special. I got a small for everything but it truly was tiny compared to other burger places. Especially the shake which was only about an 8-10oz cup. The seasoning on the fires were good, but the butter pecan shake was the best thing I got for this order. It was really sweet. I’m a small adult woman, and I was able to finish everything in one sitting. So if you’re bigger you should definitely size up.

Ordered a hip hop double deluxe with fries and a shake. It was ready quickly, but the taste was a miss on all fronts.
For the price, I was expecting the shake to be a bit more handcrafted. It came in a tiny cup and tasted straight out of a milkshake mix jug. (If you ever worked in fast food, you know what I’m talking about) Think really thick frothy milk with syrup mixed in.
The fries were average.
Now, the burger….. This thing was SALTY. I’m talking I couldn’t even eat type salty. I tried eating it again later when it was cold, it was even worse. I don’t know if it was the pickles or the sauce, the meat itself didn’t taste seasoned though it was good, but something in that burger was way off. Even trying to eat the fries and shake after the burger made everything taste like salt. My mouth was stinging and puckered for hours after eating it. Super disappointed because the burger itself was visually beautiful, Lots of meat and thick despite being palm sized. Not worth the price for me at all.

If you’re in Queens and craving bold, flavorful comfort food, Hip Hop Burger is a must-visit. After my first visit I became hooked.
The wings particularly the Hot Honey Wings are amazing, crispy, sticky, and packed with just the right amount of heat and sweetness. Everything is very well seasoned, from the fries and wings to the burgers, which were juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. I have made my way through most of the menu and have not been disappointed.
The portion sizes are generous, offering great value for the price. You’ll leave full and happy without overspending.

Hip Hop Burger is my go-to every time I’m in Queens – the food never disappoints!! The catfish nuggets are ALWAYS perfect and they’re one of the highlights of the menu. The wings paired with their hot honey sauce are mouthwatering. The hot honey sauce is so good I can literally drink it.
The staff is friendly and efficient, which always makes the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in their food and service, and that makes a big difference.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, do yourself a favor and stop by next time you’re in the area. It’s one of those spots that just gets it right every time – from the food to the music vibe. Definitely worth making the trip for!!

I really loved Hip Hop Burger! I tried the turkey burger since I’ve been staying away from beef, and it was so good literally melted in my mouth. The crazy part is I got it without cheese and it was still fire! The fries and milkshake were good too. The staff was super nice and helped me figure out what to order. Overall a 10/10 spot I can’t wait to go back!

Friday Jan 3,2025 I ordered a Cajun catfish Po boy sweet potato fries. When I reached home I had a catfish poboy and regular fries. The Catfish was hard and dry no tomatoes and the lettuce was small and dried up . I will not revisit Rochdale location again. The cashier was not pleasant.
