I ordered 2 of the meat lovers breakfast burritos. Before I even opened them I noticed they were about half the size of my hand. I went inside and asked if I could get a little more, as this burrito is half the size it usually is. The worker told me that’s just because the guy cooking doesn’t know how to roll a burrito. I went back to my car to go ahead and eat it but I opened it up to see what was inside and there was barely anything in there. My husband’s was the same way and the tortilla was completely busted. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted proper burrito’s but they wouldn’t remake me one or replace my food so I ended up just having to get the refund and go somewhere else to eat. They just kept telling me it was fine when it very clearly was not. It felt like they were gaslighting me into thinking it was a normal burrito but no it really wasn’t.

The young African American woman working this morning at 4:30 am was extremely kind and considerate. She was also a fast worker, not sluggish at all. I always enjoy coming to this jack in the box but her and Josh always seem to make my day when I come in the morning. I dont know this young ladies name but I pray that god blesses her, she deserves a raise. Thank you for always having such kind hearted workers in the morning. I hope that i get to see her again on my next early morning coffee trip ☕️

If I could give negative stars, I would. Customer service here is a joke. It seems they need a whole slew of retraining, that’s if they even care.. which clearly they don’t. The employees, or shall I say people wearing uniforms taking up space, costing this corporation more money then they clearly bring in. The only thing they care about is when they feel they are ready and want to stop working, they do, even when the restaurant is still supposed to be open.

I came to this location to literally get a breakfast sandwich and bottle of orange juice for my mom. I pulled into the parking lot at 1:32am and they were set to close at 2am. I waited at the ordering speaker for 7 min or so and got no response so I drove up to the window. The lady inside was wiping stuff down, literally saw me, and continued on cleaning. I sat there waiting for her come to the window but she never did. I honked twice, knocked on the window, tried to get her to come to the window but she never did. Me thinking I did wrong, I pulled around back to the speaker. Pulled out my phone and started recording a video thinking surely they weren’t going to just ignore me.. but they did. I sat at the ordering speaker again with no response so I pulled up to the window again. Not only did she still not come to the window after seeing me again, the cook came out from the back, they chatted and acted like they couldn’t see me. I hope the video post so you can watch it for yourself. Finally around 1:55am, they turn out the front lobby lights, at 2 they turn off the kitchen lights. At last she comes to the window with a smirk on her face and tells me they are closed. I was heated, I told her I’ve been waiting snd she knows she saw me, she says she didnt know I was there because the bell thing was broken, I told her she didnt even have her headset on. She proceeded to close the window but not before telling me to have a good night.

Had she acknowledged me, told me they already turned off the equipment, whatever the reason they couldn’t serve me, I would have understood and went about my business. But to flat out ignore me after she clearly saw me was wrong on so many levels. Had she actually worked and took my order I would have been got my food and been gone within 5 min. It was 1 sandwich.

I highly suggest that if you crave jack in the box, make the 10 min drive to the Dayton location, because the Liberty one will waste your time, leave you frustrated, and continue to do what they can to not have to work until it’s time to clock out.

If you order mobile to pick up quick find somewhere else. Today lobby lock ed at 6pm so I had to start 5 cars back to pick up my order that was ready when I got here. Guess I’m the idiot. Get home and you shorted me a burger. Fries last time.bdone

Not a good experience. Went through the drive through and ordered a ice tea about 2 weeks ago. Was on the way home when I took a sip and it was pure slime. I poured it out at home and it was nasty slime. The next day I stopped when I passed and explained to the lady in the drive through what happened. She was hardly interested. No apology. I was adamant that they needed to clean the ice machine and possibly the Tea container but still could not get a spark out of her. Last visit to that place. It’s a shame too because I pass it everyday. Sonic here I come.

The tortilla was raw and it broke up. So eating it was messy. Then I got 1 slice of bacon on my BACON burger. Yep, 1 slice. Save your time Jack’s customer service. I do not want to fill out a survey so you can fix your issue. How about you go to the stores yourself. Experience it yourself.
