After looking over the reviews it seems this particular store is known for the night shift management to say they are closed/ not taking orders due to him needing quality time with his girlfriend. This was confirmed by a past employee that is my daughter. I have been there at night on 2 separate occasions & waited 20 minutes for my food, to get home & the order be incorrect. I was given ketchup with my order to substitute for taco sauce on one of those occasions, when I called to speak to management, the person hung up after being told ketchup doesn’t substitute for taco sauce & if you know you are out of something, you should say that when a particular item is ordered. I went by today, ordered 2 tacos & a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I asked for taco sauce & ranch & was told the ranch was 25 cents. Since when did jack in the box change the sauces you can request with your food. I specifically asked the girl working the window, what do I need to order to get ranch as a sauce & I was told chicken nuggets or chicken. I will be filing a complaint with corporate considering I have spoken with management before & it’s clear this particular store think it can make its own rules.
Side note- I don’t need the automated response to this review as I understand that nothing will be done, so corporate is the only way to be heard.

I ordered two FRESH orders of tacos. Got only one order. Took one bite and took them back inside. Food was not even warm. Made new order of two orders of tacos, watched them being made. Hit at least but tasted stale.the quality of the food at this chain is going down hill quickly

I had a mixed experience at this Jack in the Box location. On the positive side, my tacos were made exactly as I requested with no sauce, which shows the staff can follow special instructions when they’re careful.
However, my ultimate cheeseburger was a disappointment. I specifically asked for no mustard and ketchup, but it arrived loaded with both condiments. This was frustrating because I made my preference clear when ordering. Additionally, I didn’t receive a receipt, which is concerning for record-keeping purposes.
While I appreciate that they got the tacos right, the order accuracy needs improvement. I hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

Man this place is 4 min away. Everytime I eat here, I regret it. Last time I had to look at the guy on the mic like, who are you talking to like that. But I’ll still get 2 tacos and a jumbo jack here and there. Deer park on center and 225 is better.

Pulled up in the drive through to only be informed they are not taking orders becasue they don’t have any staff?? I ran to tell the guy behind me so we didn’t get stuck in the line already there. A week prior I ordered dior dash and they were super rude to my driver, and they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Driver asked for a different sauce and they ignored the driver and walked away.

After a hard days work with my son. We decided to eat here and I was very disappointed with the environment. Over a 30 min wait in the lobby. There are puddles of water leaks from the ceiling and mold. No ice in the fountain drink machine. No condiments in the lobby. I don’t even want to talk about the restrooms. A lady came in while I was dining and I over heard an unpleasant conversation about everything that wasn’t being done and if they didn’t like it they can find another job.

Literally the slowest Jack ever over 30 mins wait when there’s only 3 cars we even order on the app ahead of time. Lobby always closes early.Between 12am-3am they always to busy to take orders when it clearly says open 24hrs online. And they get the orders wrong every time. Ima just cry in my car when my family makes me come here.

They’re “closed” and employee is rude about it. Only reason I got mad was because I was actually being nice when I asked for the online order. “No, we’re not making that order, we’re closed” in an annoyed tone.

$15 worth of food I had to throw away . There’s no excuse for this . The tacos stuck to the paper , the bag was covered in oil . When I placed the bag in my lap to check something it ruined my clothes . The last 4x this is how your food has turned out . Drenched in oil . The curtly fry’s were half empty but it wasn’t the fact that they were cold and soggy is was the long dark arm hair . Wait till you see the videos I took of the food . 8 tacos and large curly fry . I sent the pics to corporate . You can’t serve this to your customers Jack in box
