Very disappointed I am a loyal customer of this location and never had a problem until today. Ordered a teriyaki bowl the only thing edible was the frozen egg roll that came with it hard to mess that up I suppose. The bowl was inedible the rice is just a big bowl of mush the broccoli was brown and looked as if it had been cooked days before it was served. Logically I realize most of this food is frozen and reheated my only guess is this was made for the rush over the weekend not used and saved to be served to me today. Will never return to this location.

Zero if possible…I see why fastfood workers get no respect. The silly burger maker made the first burger … I took it for her to remake judging from the looks of her she must have thought she was making it for herself and put so much mayo on it I couldn’t even eat it. I’m sure she thought she was being funny but having to working at Jack in the box and not being skilled or educated enough to do anything else with her life would probably be the reason
