Horrible service takes their time getting to u don’t recommend comin here for lunch especially if ur lunch is only 30 mins they’ll take up all ur time twice cane here n couldn’t eat by the time it’s my turn to order they walk away from the register while there a line inside so yea stay clear of this place

Had a late baseball game and drove through to get my son something. The woman tells me over the speaker that she’s only taking Door Dash or mobile orders. I was too dumbfounded to ask why. So you’re telling me if I pull off in the parking lot, download the app, then place my order I can get food? But I’m sitting right there and I can’t. I can’t make sense of that. Every time we go through they’re out of something or there’s some issue. I won’t be going back again. Which sucks because it is convenient.

JITB needs to do better! There is one person there this morning. She was cooking, taking orders, bringing food out by herself. She deserves better. I rated poorly because of how long it took. I totally blame JITB for not having good help. This location has been like this since it was opened.

Came for some quick dinner the girl at the speaker didn’t even pay attention to our order we had to re order at the window and when we told her she seemed annoyed cause she yelled out “she had to dip” then we got our order wrong and they asked if we were sure we wanted it remade “cause it would take longer” , just bad service in all.
