Worst jack in the box always out of coffee ice tea , condiments. Today I went for breakfast got a loaded breakfast sandwich it was cold and nasty the hash brown was refried dried out . I don’t see how you can mess up something so easy. Never again will go there. People just don’t care about quality.

Ordered a sourdough burger meal with 3 eggshells. When I got home, I don’t know what my burger was but definitely not what I ordered ( no sourdough, and different ingredients in the burger, yellow cheese not white) and I ended up with 3 jalepenos but no eggshells.

Drove 15 minutes to this location after a long flight back.. it is June 9th 11:28 pm online it says drive through was opened 24 hours .. ITS NOT. 2 other cars pulled up to the drive through and we all left. It says hours were confirmed 9 weeks ago. PLEASE UPDATE.

Order my family a meal an when I got home didn’t have what I ordered. The burgers were from the kids menu I orders a ultimate cheese burger An I got a kid’s cheeseburger smh. Then when I tried calling them no dial tone an I paid top dollar for the burgers. Cant go back cause it was kinda far from where I stay poor service poor!!!!

The guy at the window said this Jack in the box is closed at midnight even though Google maps says it’s a 24-hour. Horrible customer service and always gets our food wrong. I would never go to this location again!!!
