Terrible. Sat at the bar and watched an entire quarter of basketball before being greeted. We were there an hour and twenty minutes and we’re only served 2 beers each. Why is the Salem location so much better?

the reviews from the past year are correct. The food is great, the service is poor.
I ordered two orders of fries and ten wings and paid $46. The mango habanero wings are fantastic, but the waitstaff was rude to me and several other customers that were also there when I went to grab the food.
For the price I paid, I’d rather make my own wings and avoid being treated poorly. Not sure what happened to the restaurant. Maybe they’re understaffed. Maybe the servers were having a bad day. In any case, it’ll be another year or two before I go back. $46 for two people with that experience is hard to justify.

Very friendly service and good sandwiches. Not 5-star, but this is a bar and grill, which the name tells you clearly. Decent selection of drinks. We would go back.

Order 30 wings and 20 of them where burnt on the bottom side and when called them to complain about the order they said they would remake them the order and are making them right away. When I arrived the bartender working there says they just dropped them in to be cooked and it takes be 15 minutes to get there. On top of the 15 minutes drive I still had to wait another 20 minutes for.the order to be remade. Bartender did a poor job and if the person can’t handle working the bar and taking tables . Then try to focus on one and let the other servers take.the tables. I even talked to.manager to ask why it’s taking so long to remake my order and the manager didn’t do what a manager should have done for a customer that had a very bad experience. Will not be going to the grandin location again.

Let’s see.. the red headed bartender lady refused to wait on me so I had the bald guy with glasses who was awesome. I have him a huge tip because he was way nicer. The nail in the coffin for me was after I paid over $100 for my tab with to go food that I set down behind me. When I turned around my food was gone. Nobody said anything so I strongly feel like someone tried to steal it.

Super busy and appeared to be understaffed making the ones that did show up to work miserable. Wasn’t really fair to anyone trying to enjoy being there. I felt bad for everyone that night as the whole place was affected by the staff’s mood. It was the night of the Alabama/Georgia game.
