Stopped by last night and it’s been a few years. Looks to be remodeled and pretty nice. Went through the drive thru and ordered the gremlin box. Jack’s tacos can be hotbed miss, but these were fresh, hot, and crisp. Fries were good, onion rings were on point, and the strips were super good as well!

Experience was great, placed a mobile order and went in early. The girl at the counter was busy but greeted me with a smile. Asked if I needed help a few moments later, just told her I was waiting for my mobile order. But while waiting, I could hear someone giving their team commands as every order came through, turns out it was the manager Elsa, she was very nice and bagged my order and I complimented her on her manager skills. You don’t see it often anymore so I respect and appreciate a well run fast food restaurant. Food was all hot and fresh. Great experience

Yo this joint is so good. The guy here hooks it up every now and then. He provides the most excellent customer service out of everyone in that place. Other than that the food here tastes bomb when he on the night shift. I don’t know what he be doing back there spicing it up or adding his own like secret signature. 10 out of 10 would come back.

I arrived at this location at 12:49am, and typically, when I arrive late at night, the food quality tends to be inconsistent. However, this evening, the order taker was courteous and unobtrusive, and the cook who prepared my meal ensured that everything was freshly prepared, and of excellent quality. The performance of the night was commendable, setting an exemplary example for how service and food should be executed.

I waited 30 minutes for some tacos, a munchie meal, and some croissants. By the time I got my food it was cold, because it had just been sitting there since no one brought it out. This was after someone at the window told me to wait at spot #4 in front of the building. Wasted my gasoline waiting for cold food, and a watered down drink. The only reason I didn’t end up waiting longer is because a nice girl came up to my car and asked what I was waiting for, that’s when she let me know the order has been ready, but no one brought it out or told anyone to bring it out to me. Extremely disappointed in such a disorganized and lazy workforce. The only employee that was competent and helpful was Emily, she is the only reason I didn’t end up waiting longer for my order. She deserves a promotion for being the only employee cleaning up her coworkers mistakes.
