Worst experience!!! Waited over 30 mins for a mobile order. Got the order it was wrong and had hair in it. Staff was rude, on their phones, given expired old tea. Horrible customer service. Bad management

They almost always only have one person working. I feel so bad for them. Most of the people I have met have been super polite, however you do come across those who are so rude. The food is meh. I would only go just for a quick bite. Those mini chimis (Deadpool ones) are WAY overpriced just because of the stupid movie, I mean come on $4 for 3 tiny chimichangas!! NEVER AGAIN!!
The banana French toast sticks are disgusting!!! I kept asking for the regular ones and specifically asking for the regular ones and they without fail gave me the gross banana ones!!! I ordered chicken nugget combo they asked if I wanted any sauces I said yes , ketchup they said okay . I get my order and GUESS WHAT!?!?!? NOO FREAKING KETCHUP!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS THEY CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT AT THIS LOCATION, I JUST DONT GET IT!!!!

All sodas r out :”( very disappointed no soda the tea could have had more suger it tased like it sat for a whileee.we asked for fresh tacos they weren’t ,extremely hard n my favorite n biggest let down was the jalapeño popers not Chrispy on the outside so bad that there was breading on the bottom n the jalapeño was hard n crunchy. He also made a comment on the speaker when I asked for every soda just to hear him say no with anger n then say something rude knowing we could hear him,overall terrible n a big let down jack in the box is my favorite but he let me down sooo bad I dont know if he was short staffed or what but step yall game up please thank u!!!

Just walked into this Jack in the Box four people standing behind the counter looking at me nobody greet me. Nobody said nothing to me. I stood there for 10 minutes before I decided to walk out. It’s really really sad. Customer Service has gone down the drain. Nobody could even say hello will be right with you or hello. There’s a kiosk there if you want to place your order nope they just look at you. It’s just so sad.

I’ve been here twice on my way home. The tacos have always been greasier than other locations. And their new chili crisp fries are covered in so much oil (and so little seasoning) that they leaked out of the container and through the bag and into the fabric of my car.

It’s been two decades since I enjoyed a burger from a Jack-in-the-Box fast food chain.
After my flight to Houston was delayed and we arrived a couple of hours later than expected, I was famished and couldn’t wait to get home!
It was late and there weren’t any other restaurants open, so we spotted this place and without hesitation, drove straight toward their Drive-Thru.
Oh my heart…how satisfying! The experience was so much better than I remembered.
My burger was made-to-order hot & delicious. The service was friendly and not like we were an inconvenience, and the total cost was just right!

I’d like to give a big shout to one of your employees, Saraeya! Great customer service and she even gave me a free drink cuz I didn’t have much money. She was holding down the front counter, drive thru and was cleaning up in the dining room. It sounded like she had some rude or impatient customers earlier in the day. The service industry is rough at times no doubt! But keep your chin up and keep smiling no matter who or what comes your way!
