Sandra gave me an experience I haven’t I in fast food in several months or even maybe years. She was extremely well spoken and polite. She greeted me with such professionalism in the drive thru. Even when I went to get my food, she was all smiles and just so positive. This is the first time I’ve ever felt motivated to drive to a specific fast food restaurant or a jack in box location just because of her service. Plus, all my food was fresh and delicious.

The person taking my order was very short, nonchalant, sarcastic and rude. I tried to contact the manager, but to no avail. The attached pictures are of the person who was so nasty towards us. As you can see in one photo she was ignoring me while I was speaking. She eventually turned around when I advised that I was going to report her to the owner. She said that she didn’t care and rolled her eyes as seen in the picture.
