I see quite a few reviews about how short staffed this restaurant has been for months! Perhaps better wages are needed to get enough help to run efficiently. Our order was delivered missing toppings they were out of. Too short handed to go get groceries and new inexperienced employees that weren’t trained to offer alternatives or substitutions. Disappointed to see as an “old” JIB shift manager.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. The women they have working thier is so rude. She has an attitude. Seems like she doesn’t like her job. I will NEVER again be coming here. The owner should really talk to their employees about treating the customers freindly and with respect. I went through the drive through couldn’t even order anything because of her attitude so I just left. I was like oh no this place does not deserve my money.

Full menu all day, not the case here very bad service the woman that takes your order keeps an attitude and have the meanest look on her face when pull to the window, they never have what you want. I had the worse experience 3 or 4 times here which I stop going it’s sad how a company let someone tear their business down all my bad experiences come from her !!!!

Clean place and chill area inside. While I do wish the food had a bit more seasoning on it (it’s kind of bland), it isn’t anything that I won’t repeat my business for They are often pretty good at getting orders out and I’ve only encountered one not so friendly employee but she fixes it when she realizes it. Also, usually, the night shift doesn’t take very long..Lastly, prices; these have definitely gone up! It would be nice if they came back down, but we know how that rolls.

We wanted to stretch our legs, walk the dog, use the restroom and eat dinner. They were closed except for drive through. However when the young face heavily pierced young lady came to the door to wave me around. She was kind enough to allow me to use the restroom and order. My husband walked the dog, we ate in the parking lot and he used the restroom next door. They need help! School is out! Why is there such a shortage of workers?

Came in to drive thru and was told by staff that they aren’t taking orders and it was 10pm lmao either they’re short staffed or lazy I grew up in the area and this Jack was different. Never coming back rather go down the road to Waller. They’re Staff is Top Tier 5star crew

I would have given it a five star but every time we go there and the manager is there we always have a bad experience. She’s always fussing at the workers like they are children. This morning we saw her spit on a broom while a worker was sweeping. I feel really bad for these workers they always look miserable. They need a better manager.

Shawty at the drive through was very rude. Almost yelling through the mic as if I was the reason for her bad day. I can understand the only on working as I’ve done shifts like that before but that is no way to speak to someone whether you having a bad day or not.
