Generally speaking, service there has always been really good. That is until my last two visits, including this morning.
Two mornings ago I had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my breakfast that I placed via the mobile app. So, at least 25 minutes passed between my order, and the time it was handed to me at the counter (I got tired of waiting in my car).
This morning, was worst. A combined time of over 30 minutes. Same guy working the window. This is not acceptable. I never have this problem with lunch when I get it there though.
The food is always pleasant, so no complaints there. But breakfast is taking the fast right out of fast-food.

10/10 service, the young lady named Alaura took my order, repeated it clearly, and was super sweet! I had no wait time and went through drive thru around 1:50am for my work break. Bonus! Was greeted with a smile at the window!

Went into the store to redeem my t mobile Tuesday reward and the cashier stated I think you have to order online. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she stated there was none. Really? I asked her if she was a manager and she said no. I see why the rating is low.

The staff in this restaurant are RUDE. Specifically a girl named Gabby. Not only did she have a terrible attitude, but she deliberately took 27 mins to get us our food. We were on our way home from out of town, trying to feed our children, it was late, and we waited literally (looked at the computer behind the counter) waited 27 min and 35 sec for some food at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! She caught an attitude as soon as we were ordering, and it only got worse. We were told to pull around, so they could keep their drive through numbers down, however, once we waited for 20 min I went inside, to see what was taking so long. Nothing. It took an additional 5-7 min and my wife coming inside for them to even ask me if I needed anything or to assist me. “Gabrielle V” FINALLT handed us our food but not without giving MAJOR attitude. She then proceeded to cuss and berate my wife and myself and followed my wife outside to our vehicle! My CHILDREN were in the car. We left with this girl yelling and cussing in front of the restaurant because she told my wife “you had an attitude first” because my wife asked for our sauces before we pulled around. Again, she had attitude before we ever got to the window. We have already made it known on reviews, and will be contacting the manager, franchisee, as well as corporate. That threatening behavior is UNNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY in front of my kids!

Don’t go to this location. Filthy kitchen. They don’t clean nor change the grease they cook in apparently. Brown grease coming from my food I noticed half way through eating my meal and had to stop. Disgusting.

I ordered the easiest thing you can order, 4 tacos no cheese and chicken sandwich with just cheese. Instead I got 4 tacos with the cheese peeled off and extra lettuce put on, and a chicken sandwich with everything on it !!! Horrible service and horrible food,! DO NOT DO THERE

I visited this place and the customer service was awful. I walked in and no one greeted me and no smiles at all. Then the manager walks from the back on her cellphone talking. She comes to register looks at me and turns around to start help bag food. Please see photos n video.
She got off the phone and didn’t wash her hands but starting bagging food. I wait 5 minutes before .my order was taken. This was crazy. She was the manager.

How is it possible that the schedule says they close at 12 am and one of their employees sees us getting out of the car and laughing at the locked door at 11 pm? It’s not the first time, we’ve come several times at 10 pm or 11 pm and it’s closed. Why post a schedule if they don’t respect it?
