My husband and I came here around lunchtime. We came inside and placed our order on the computer screen and I asked if I could change it for a better deal. The lady said she couldn’t do it in one transaction, which I know she could so she refunded me and charge me a whole fee. They had no ice in their machine. Their drinks were flat and my husband and I waited 15 minutes for our food. While we were waiting, the cashier Cynthia handled another customer who had waited over 10 minutes to get service. She didn’t even smile or greet him and while his receipt was coming out, she ripped it with anger and attitude in front of everybody. When we finally got our food the fries were the only thing good and hot. My chicken sandwich was rock hard. These people are very unhappy and I will be contacting corporate first thing at 7am Monday morning.

I ordered a number 3 bacon&Swiss buttery smashed jack. Took 1 bite tasted no bacon, looked inside one very very small piece. I also ordered extra jalapenos. As you can see I got 4 or 5 pieces. Told them about it. They just laughed it off. Rude and do not care for doing shit right! Will not eat here again…

Placed a mobile order and it took very long to get. Made no modifications but the sourdough jack we ordered (pictured) did not have tomatoes. The jr. jumbo Jack, also no tomatoes. I normally try to order extra so it was definitely not intentional.
Most of the food was lukewarm or cold despite being there before online order was ready.
Every time we come we’re disappointed with the food we received and think this was the final straw, we won’t return.

1. The place was quite dirty (plastic straw and paper straw wrappings everywhere) and just being Generally “dirty”
2. 1/2 I’m going to be quite frank, that was the worst, Service/Staff team at a Jack in the box. (In all my Years of Reviewing) like that was REALLY bad.
The employee (female, with a light Brown
Complexion, and very enhanced eyelashes.) She had REALLY bad attitude, (was rude) (and very unprofessional) she came out the door while i was about to walk in, and (more or less) pushed the door into me.
(I should have just walked back to the car right then)
AND she didn’t Greet us, neither did the manger,
2. 2/2 the Manger….. I believe her name is “Paula” she was unapologetically unconcerning audaciously RUDE. UNMANNERLY UNREASONABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNTRAINED. UNPRINCIPLED. UNSEEMLY. UNBEFITTING. UNDIPLOMATIC. and finally contumelious.
She was so nasty and disrespectful it was Appalling. When we walking in the Employee walked passed us behind the registrar TWICE (didn’t Greet us mind you) and all the while The manger “Paula” was staring directly at us all the while. (Mind you SHE DID NOT Greet us) she stared for about 15-20 seconds and we waited for about another 15-20 seconds but NOBODY did,
and the other Employees were also just looking at us (and not taking our order) and Another thing NOBODY WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!! They WERE NOT BUSY*
and then finally my Companion broke the awkward silence, and asked “is anyone gonna serve us!?” And after about 5 seconds The Eyelashe Employee came up and said “ok can I help you.” In a Condescending tone.
And My companion asked, “is there a manager or something I can speak to?” And “Paula” finally breaks her silence “YES CAN I HELP YOU” and walks up Shaking and bobbing her head. it was horrific Simply terrible and unacceptable She brought shame to the entire jack in a box franchise.
And then my companion being completely annoyed asked “do you have a number for corporate?” Then Paula shaking her head and Said “YES ITS ON THE OUTSIDE” (she’s saying all this in a condescending tone mind you)
And then me and my associate being completely blown away by the arrogance an unprofessionalism step out.
No I don’t give out one star reviews Really Ever, but this… this was just was terrible.
I advise not going here Cause I wouldn’t want anyone to be subject to the Unacceptable treatment we were put through.

Went here the other night to get a Homestyle chicken sandwich and the chicken was completely over cooked. Sandwich was cold. I don’t want a already cooked chicken that been sitting there for hours over the heaters and you tossed it in the fryer for a minute to heat up.. That’s what it tasted like. If I was Jack I would be so disappointed and embarrassed lol! It seem like every Jack N the Box have fallen off. Nobody wants to cook food properly these days especially at every Jack n the box restaurants it seems like.
