I paid $12.75 for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and I’m not sure if that was right or if I got over charged because she gave me a large drink that I did not order and then I couldn’t even check because I didn’t get a receipt. I also asked for curly fries and I feel like they just refried the scraps they already had because there wasn’t anything curly about my fries!

The woman working the late night shift , thank you for being so nice it seemed like you were the only one working I know that’s gotta be hard . Hats off to you for the great customer service you gave and how fast you were able to complete my order . I’ve looked around for the stupid sauced abd loaded wedges. It’s like all the other Jack in the box all the way from austin to Houston stop selling that. Man when she said yes she could make them I was so happy. Jack in the box tripping !!! I stopped at at least 8 others in the past 2 months nothing … and they weren’t so nice about it at all. Thank you ma’am for the good experience.

Did not have capability to serve jumbo drinks for months, finally did but not for the munchies meal. Not for the munchie meal? Why would you not up charge a drink? Went to the one down the street got exactly what I wanted no problem. Would recommend this location

When you order a $12 promotional meal you expect to get everything it comes with. Instead I received my order missing dipping sauce and other items. Waste of time and money. Don’t stop here unless you thoroughly like to police fast food workers to do their job correctly.

This lady lied about not having a code to take orders and only said she can taking door dash and Uber eats orders but we saw her taking someone’s order in front of us. I can say the staff here overnight has terrible service they should’ve just stayed closed down the manager for overnight is trash. How y’all don’t want to hire people but need help with drive thru . I hate that there customer service is trashy they should shut down again and rehire simple as that.

Went to the drive thru to get breakfast this morning. Entered around 5:10am and saw a young man in the window. I sat and waited for about 5 mins for someone to greet me, and nothing. I then proceeded to say hello and got ignored. If you’re going to not want to do your job at least try and hide better. Ridiculous.

Employees are rude,won’t acknowledge your presence. No greeting upon entering, we stood there for over 5 mins until I spoke up and said hello,thanks for having us.. all the while order was completed and sitting in the window. Manager saw us and didn’t acknowledge us either.. thus was a door dash order
