This place is rude. I literally walked in and stood there for about four minutes before I was even acknowledged. They saw me standing there, but just ignored me like I wasn’t there. Finally, one of the managers walked out the back and asked me if he could help me. I guess you have to place your order at the register yourself as they no longer have a cashier to do it for you. It would be nice if someone told me that.
At least the food was OK. The curly fries were hot.

My Johnathan is a sorry excuse for a manager. They have 0 customer service, no empathy, and no concern for “his staff” since he says he’s the manager. I’ve placed many orders through the app and NEVER had this type of experience. Apparently there is no general manager, there is no way to contact them, or a my bad we messed up. I just wanted a burger and got ridiculed for almost 10 minutes. I’ll keep placing my orders for another location and drive the extra distance than come here when he is here! It’s sad it took another team member to come up and try to help to get my food the way I PAID for it.

I came here on 1/28/26 at around 1:30am. I pull to the speaker to order and no one is saying anything. I waited for about 5 minutes and still not a word was said. A line formed behind me and we all waited for about 4 minutes. Then the person behind me drives up to the window and waited just to finally be greeted. I’m finally able to get to the window to pick up my mobile order and I was greeted with nothing but rude attitude by a lady with bright red hair extensions . My food is beyond cold. This is unacceptable.

I am only giving one star as I can’t put zero stars. We went into the store and there were at least 4 workers and NOBODY would wait on us! They did have 2 cars in the drive thru, but we patiently waited and the young kid saw us, but refused to take our order. Ended up walking out the door, which it appears is what they wanted!!

What’s going on with these people that take your orders now. They just day, what else, what else, come by the window. No greeting, don’t ask for the sizes, don’t ask if the order is correct. They just hire anyone even if they don’t want to work. Nobody even trying to compete with chik fil a.
Get nice people to handle orders not just anybody..

It’s a hit or miss with this location especially after 11 P. Im not sure who’s worse, the dashers who steal the food or the late night manager at Jack in the box refusing to make my order due to something out of my control. Create a better system and hold DoorDash and dashers accountable. Outright refusing to make an order after I already paid and tipped the bum is unprofessional, unacceptable, and lacks customer service and morale. Lesson learned.

Lady at the window worst attitude ever rude didn’t even wanna talk got my order completely wrong and on top of that tacos we’re cold ♂️ Ordered 10 nuggets for my kid got 7 jalapeños poppers instead.
I’m sure if the lady at the window could of been more in garaged at her job she would of caught the mistake can’t blame it on rush I was the only customer there

Wrong items, had to remind about missing drink and also ask for receipt that was not given to me so I could compare my order to what I was given. The young boy in the drive thru window replied to me “just chill, jesus!” very unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I went through the drive through window and ordered 2 monster tacos and a chicken sandwich with cheese. They gave me 2 regular tacos when I took the order back I was greeted by a heavy set women with a lot of tattoos. She was immediately annoyed by me. I handed her the receipt and the bag with the 2 regular tacos. She said “what do you want and I don’t read minds”. I immediately called her out on her attitude! I had no attitude even after they got my order wrong. I’ve been here a few times and it’s not just her the rest of the staff is very unfriendly and rude to Coustomer! Will not be back I did not even get a refund she was so upset that I left without a refund!
